I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone at this place is so chill and nice! Kurt was so quick at piercing and was so freaking personable. Shannon was a damn rockstar and so was Kacey. Every single one of them wanted to make sure their work looked as good as possible and took their time. If you guys want a piercing or tattoo I would hit these guys up! My friend and I originally went in for Mother’s Day tattoos but quickly decided we would be back for more work from them!

Not a great experience. I went here about a year ago and both of my tattoos I got here had to be fixed at other shops. I got wording on my arm that looked horrible and shaky. The letters weren’t even connected (it was cursive) and a bow on my leg that was done so light it was hard to see. When I asked about a vertical labret piercing, the man that did it didn’t know what that was and I had to explain it to him. I should’ve left then.

First time at this shop but not the first time with Brooks (or my last)! I LOVE my work, the place is clean, friendly, and the owner was very pleasant. Felt comfortable and welcomed by everyone! Highly recommend!

Called to schedule an appointment and spoke to a woman who Identified herself as an the Manager.
I went to this tattoo parlor for a double brow piercing.
I was shown a small plate of miscellaneous, different color, shape, and size piercings. All mixed together.
It felt strange and very unhygienic but assumed it was normal.
What followed was outrageous, but I will summarize to the best of my ability.
The piercer marked me wrong many times. She kept marking in a V shape.
One the placements were finally agreed upon she pricked me for the first hole.
While trying insert the half-moon bars I had selected, she realized they were too small.
She find another a size up but cannot find a matching set.
I compromised and got a horseshoe shaped pair
She pricked me again in the same spot
The 2nd piercing was inserted in the wrong location.
Then she then pierced me 3 more times.
During this time employees and the Manager kept coming in and out trying to assist her or give her helpful tips.
Once done she had one of the apprenticed add the balls because she said she could never do it
It took about 30 minutes of the apprentices and myself trying to screw in the balls before the owner came in and did it.
As soon as I got home, I looked in the mirror and realized they were still not parallel so I took out the 2nd Piercing to heal.

Once My 2nd piercing holed where healed I called the parlor. The Manager answered and immediately recognized me and let me know the Piercer no longer worked at the parlor. I explained to her I needed the 2nd piercing done again. She confirmed I would be welcomed, and she would not charge me.
I arrived and every employee came to see my piercing. It seems I was the talk of the parlor after that day. But on this day, everything went well! I loved the man who now worked there. Perfect. He had to add a size up and told me I needed to come back, and he would exchange for the right size free of charge, he assured me it was part of the package. We set an appointment. I thanked him and left.

I arrived for my appointment and was met with the strong smell of Cannabis. The shop was bare but for one woman sitting in the back of the shop on her phone. Without getting up she asked what I needed.
I said I had an appointment and she seemed surprised and asked what type. I told her. She asked if I had spoken to the piercer. I had not. She informed me he had had an accident and had been out for a couple days. Although I felt scared for him and I hope he is well, it confused me why I was not informed to avoid my drive out to Bartow.
She said she would call to see if he was planning to come in today. While she was calling, still in the chair across the shop, I asked if she was calling Manager, she scoffed and said no. Once she was done with the call, she said he was not coming in today.
I asked her if she knew about my situation, giving some key points, remembering how it seemed everyone in the shop had spoken about it, and trying to avoid having to explain everything if she already knew, she had not.
I then asked to speak to the Manager, she said she was the only manager and finally got up and walked over asking what I needed. I asked if the other Manager was in, I wanted to speak to the woman who knew what I had been thought but the woman told me that She was only manager and scoffed at me.

Finally, I told her I was just there to get the correct piercing bar size I was promised, If she could grab that for me then I could get out of her hair.

She walked back to the piercing room, and I could hear her shuffling though the plate of miscellaneous bars. I told her I would like a new one. The woman then came out empty handed and said that I will just need to come back once the piercer is back at work.
I saw myself out. And told her I would not be returning.

I went looking for a shop to cover up a horrible name tattoo I had of my grandmother that just passed away 2 days ago. I stumbled upon this shop and spoke to Joseph and was welcomed so greatfully. He is so sweet and so amazing he talked to me as if I've known him for years. I reccomed him as the best tattoo artist I've had ever and I have a lot of them.
