I am thankful for everyone's help here at SMA. The front desk woman was super sweet and kept me company after I told her I was nervous. After the wait, I was assisted by a fantastic doctor who answered my questions patiently when I was confused.

Thank you guys for making me feel like you wanted to actually assist me.

The drs here are great, however i sat and listened to the front desk girl for most of the time i was here. She was laughing and gossiping about a patient who was clearly in desperate need of help. If i knew her name id put it out there. I now know his whole story because she wouldnt stop gossiping about it to everyone. He got out of jail that day and was in desperate need of someone to help, was clearly in a bad mental place. She thought it was hilarious and laughed about it multiple times. Clearly not meant for this line of work. She wouldnt stop talking im surprise shes even paid to be here. Although i dont mind cussing i think its very unprofessional in a workplace i manage a mechanic shop but u wouldnt hear me cuss at work. This girl clearly doesnt have the same belief as me. Genuinely lost brain cells listening to her yap and yap and yap. Im still sitting here and shes complaining about working 9-5 when all she does is sit and gossip all day and scroll on her phone. At least i have the knowledge of her whole personal life to take with me.

It's a welcoming staff with kind employees & they're really interested in how you are as a person really interested in your well-being no matter why u are there, they're interested in how you are mentally and physically. Great place
