I had a Dr for years in Daytona for the M.A.T program. She was the absolute greatest, most caring, best bedside manner and you can tell she actually cares for her patients. Susan I believe is her new here in deland is rude,disregarding, and incompassionat. I have had a horrible time with her four or five times in a row now. If you can get to Daytona, I highly suggest you go over there for better care, but I am grateful for the delay and office. I just wish they could get the good and caring nurse practitioners back on this end.

Ty in Ocala keeps answering my phone calls transferring to everyone but DeLand trying to reach my doctor in DeLand and she keeps messing me with me mentally and I'm not one to be okayed around with right now. Is this the kind of people you hire?!? Ghetto unprofessional and ratchet! Please can someone call me since she won't help me this is crazy!!!!! Hire oeople that care about the patients, not be rude and disrespectful!

I absolutely cannot believe how much “Dr Kristi” does NOT care about people. I can hardly ever get an appt, and when I called about my SEVERE DEPRESSION 4 times...I never even got a phone call back. I was an established patient, and never got a phone call back about my depression. She HATES people & does not care about human beings. BEWARE...you’ll receive NO HELP here. “Dr” Kristi does NOT care about anyone. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I have seen my sister being moved from person to person here. No one seems to listen to what she actually needs. They have political opinions that prevent help that is needed.
Organization is a hotmess- going back and forth from deland to daytona for paper work. No one has the same answer and the worst part is my sister feels like she is dumped on other staff members when her psychologist doesn't want to continue working with her.

2 years ago was very happy with their services...made me feel very hopeful that i could get stable...now everytime you go it's a new doctor..only one male receptionist treats you with any kind of respect and overall the staff is not helpful or even seem to care...treat you like cattle...the lady in medical records was helpful with giving me records...searching for new provider...would no longer recommend this place

I was going here for years until Tananarieve Brown decided to get nasty with me for talking to my primary doctor. I will never go back here again. If your insured there are so many other options.
