I’ve used this Pharmacy 3 times now , my first 2 visits awhile ago was pleasant no problems, but yesterday was bad and this is why I am reviewing, there was an older gentleman behind the counter at first I was greeted nicely , I was picking up a prescription for my daughter and when he told me the total I politely told him that wasn’t correct and he got very combative and spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about , so I told him to look up my name to see what I paid previously and he was still very rude , to where 2 other employees came to help me and they were very polite and then gave me my prescription at the correct price, when it came time to check out a younger man that aided processed everything for me with no issues until the older gentleman again wanted to give me a hard time and from across the counter asked me how old my daughter is and I said 18 he said nope you cannot get the prescription for her she must sign for it! So the man ringing me up said something to him and over rode his decision not to let me pick it up, because he knew the man was just giving me a hard time . I appreciated his help and I said my daughter doesn’t feel well that’s why I am getting the script for her and the woman employee was sweet and made small talk with me . But the rudeness of the older gentleman is the reason I will NEVER be back!

Very disappointed! The people were very nice, but the cost of the medication was outrageous. Snell's charge $250 for a medication that I found later for $49. That is too big a discrepancy!! I understand prices can vary, BUT not by over $200!! Will not be using them again!

The offer to wait a day was NEVER mentioned. They did NOT explain the reason for the high cost!

This place has been open since I was a child in the early 80s. We will go there for the soda fountain and for the customer service, they are amazing. I will take my children here. That you can help my mom here recently ordering a very rare item which they did and had it delivered here.. Their customer service is top-notch and I hope they're around for another 50 years. This is definitely a staple in the snow blower community.

When no other pharmacy is carrying the Rx I need, Snell's has it everytime. They even participate in a Rx drugs discount program- Blink. I've only needed to fill a Rx here twice, but they still remembered me from buying diabetic syringes. They even special order my size syringe. Snell's customer service is impeccable. They don't make businesses like this anymore! I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for your services, Snell's!!!
