Great medical clinic, staff, and providers! They truely care

I went in this morning for the emergency clinic with several issues but primarily regarding my wisdom teeth pain and my infected tooth. As soon as they started taking X-rays I knew they weren’t assessing my infected tooth at all but rather assessing a tooth they knew they couldn’t and wouldn’t work on to send me on my way. I got to the clinic at 6, sat outside waiting till 7:30 and didn’t even get to speak with the dentist till almost 10 am, wasn’t too far in the line of people, but the woman in front of me had a similar issue regarding an infected tooth that had a missing crown and roots left in the gums, same tooth and same condition as mine as we sat and chit chatted for a bit about the issues we both had so I thought when she came out with her tooth pulled and gauze in her mouth that my infected tooth would also be taken care of in similar regards but I was wrong. They didn’t take any X-rays of the right side of my face, they didn’t assess that issue at all even though I was pretty concerned about it as it is a infection in my mouth which left untreated could go pretty bad for myself. Overall they refused to do anything for me at the clinic this morning, they rather set me out months for another xray and consult (which I had done prior and brought my consult to this dentist) and even though he wasn’t a surgeon he still only primarily focused on an issue he was aware he couldn’t assist with instead of assisting with one he very well could assist with as he did it within the past 20 mins with another patient prior to me being in the chair. Overall I’m frustrated my time was wasted, that nothing got taken care of as a way to make the dentist work load a bit easier for him even though he was pretty late to work (nurse stated herself he’s gonna be 20 mins late) this was maybe at 8-8:30 when the clinic opens at like 7:30.. I just didn’t feel like my dental health actually mattered or that my concerns were taken into consideration at all. They don’t have an oral surgeon so they refuse to remove my wisdom teeth, which it’d be much more convenient to have on standby considering most young adults need theirs removed if they don’t grow in properly like my case. Just a suggestion. It’s unfortunate because now after going to the er for pain, we’ve come to find out I’m also suffering from ear infections due to the swelling in my jaw keeping my ear from properly draining so built up fluids are going to keep me having these ear infections. Was recommended to go here for wisdom teeth removal just to find out they don’t offer it? I have an appointment in September so we shall see if my needs actually get taken care of but in the mean time I’m going to be in severe pain and really not going to be so hopeful moving forward. I wanted to give this place a chance but idk just seems negligent to avoid assessing another issue I had mentioned.. and pretending to assess something you don’t mess with. I came in knowing what I was told today as I walked in with referrals of work needing done.. I was there for almost 5 hrs and for what? Literally nothing not even a script for another round of antibiotics.. just a list of surgeons outside of my geographical location…. Please give this place an oral surgeon, people cannot control if they’re wisdom teeth uproot or not and shouldn’t have to suffer for things out of their control. It doesn’t make sense to be somewhat affordable but then make all your referrals to places that aren’t.. ? Hopefully in September they’ll address my infected tooth and maybe help with my root canal but we shall see. Can I also set my root canal appointment now or you gonna make me wait till after all my X-rays consults again and then have me out 3 more months? Just curious? Bc I know the work that needs done and I’m tired of tip toeing around it with more X-rays when I want my stuff fixed. I come here to get stuff fixed not photographed!

Ok I just called to get advice and got hung up on 3 times and now they're saying they no longer are available when they don't close till 430 and it's only 330 now! What is wrong with this place?

Went to the dental clinic here for an extraction. after paying $15 and having an x-ray done of the tooth i wanted pulled, the dentist came over and spent all of 5 seconds examining the tooth before I was told I needed to go to an oral surgeon. The dentist there gave me a referral and i called to set up an appointment. i got scheduled for a 'consult' and was told it would cost me $95. I'm not going to the consult because I CANT AFFORD IT. Why do these people insist on making referrals knowing that the patients cant afford it

You have GOTTA be kidding me?! Their switchboard and all numbers, including Mosaic, were down all day today! Standard message was "this number does not exist" .. St. Joe at its finest.

The new dentist they have since tbey moved from downstairs is excellent u barely feel anything an he makes sure ur good an numb before he pulls ur tooth
