I recently purchased a contour pillow after being a long time user of their old design. After trying it out for a week, I decided it was not as comfortable as the old design and submitted a return request. After following up with Thomas in customer service, they offered to refund me my money in full and to just keep the pillow. I called several medical supply places looking for a lift chair for my grandfather. Southeastern Medical Equipment had several chairs in stock and their employee Alex- took the time to explain the differences and helped me choose the right one.
