Do NOT use this pharmacy. They sent me someone else's medication in August. I immediately returned it and they never reversed the insurance claim even though they were asked to do so numerous times. I stopped using them and the medication I was receiving from them immediately. They then proceeded to file false insurance claims for this medication under my name in September, October, and November despite being asked to stop filing these claims by myself and my insurance company multiple times. This prevented me from being able to get the medication I actually needed from my new pharmacy. My insurance company is now investigating this situation due to these false claims being repeatedly filed.

Maybe they’ve had a change in management or something bc the reviews don’t match my personal experience thus far. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 2-3 months. Yes, we talk via text and I’m ok with that. But once they confirm your info, they send your prescriptions and send them fast. I live in another state so if I get my text in morning, my meds will be at my door tomorrow morning. Whatever they are doing, I love it and hope they keep doing it.

I have been using them for 3 months now and have no complaints. They always answer the phone and are very nice and helpful. I get my meds the day after they ship them. I was skeptical because of the other reviews, but I will continue using them.

This pharmacy started off being great. Now (01/13/25) can't get a reply back on the phone, app does work and location looks empty. I rode by last week and building looks abandoned. Getwell/Across what's going on? Where are my meds? Are yall open?

It takes so long to get prescriptions and the communication is very sparse. I understand that they may be a small pharmacy, but I have never experienced a 3 month wait for a RX that simply requires a sticker and shipment. No prep, no counting...just putting a label on the pre-packaged box.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. this is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. They don't answer the phone, you can call 10 times, stay on hold and still no one picks up, don't text .. they won't answer .. don't email.. they don't respond. But what they will do .. send you the wrong medication. They told me yesterday that they were out of my strength of my diabetes medication so they sent me the lesser strength! Ok. So, who in the hell does that? Without calling me or my physician. Now I've paid for medication that I cannot use, don't have what I'm supposed to have, and out my money! They need to call it quits, close their doors because this is absolutely the most unethical practice I've seen in a very long time. This is the last time I will use them, I will transfer my prescription to a true pharmacy not some fly by the seat of your pants that calls themselves a pharmacy. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

Same as all the other reviews.. they are not professional and do not answer calls or text or messages on their online system as they advertise. You call and you're left on hold for over an hour listening to the same recording on repeat that tells you for a quicker response to text this number or download their app. You text and now it's been 10 days and still no response. You download the app and still no response. Also have a prescription that has been in process for 2 weeks and I can't get anyone on the phone. I've now missed my medication for a week and about to be 2 weeks.
