My grandson went to get his hair trimmed. Without mentioning her name, she was not friendly - almost rude. We were not sure if she trimmed the back or not. His neck massage was approximately 10 seconds. After the cut and we left, we noticed the cut was not even. We called and returned for it to be evened up, which she did as best as she could. I have never been to a Sport Clips with such unfriendly, don't care attitudes like this before. We will not return.

You really should listen to people! When someone tells you they only want 1 inch off their hair that means 1 inch. Not butcher the hair so short!
Only one time has someone listened up there and I guess they no longer work there. Also you need to up your skills on how to work with curly hair...again only one time there has someone cut it exactly the way it was Said or knew how to work with curly hair!

They should change the entire business to "appointments only" on the weekends, I have been to this location three times and I get the same question " did you check in online " if you say no, they will turn you away if the waiting room is a ghost town or not! The last time was today, the lady looked at me like she was very frustrated when I said I was a walk in, terrible business and attitudes!

Every time I go to get my son’s hair cut they are very patient with him. They always do an amazing job. Our favorite is Torie she’s cut my son’s hair a couple times now.

All of the employees who we have interacted with, have always been great!! I have an uncle who is a quadriplegic, who I care for. &This is his "hair spot", he says. (He refuses to go anywhere else). It has to be the CRESTVIEW location?! He has never had me call to make an appointment. He always comes in as a walk-in customer and they always manage to get him accommodated, in a timely manner! I can also say, he has never left unsatisfied and always has great things to say say about the ladies. So I just wanted to say thank you, to all of the employees there who have ever interacted with my uncle and made/make his experiences there each time, so great!! ?

Was the first one to walk in the door at nine in the morning and their computer had an issue signing me in and there was five other people behind me and they went ahead and took them even though First one to walk through And then proceeded to tell me it was a 30 minute wait this is unacceptable. I understand that haircut places are busy and I understand there’s a lot of people on Saturday. I need their haircut, but there are orders to everything and it wasn’t followed place I’ve ever been and not even an apology honestly they need to start bringing back local mom and haircut places instead of these corporate corporate sucks. Corporate America is also terrible

Terrible, jacked up my son’s hair so bad! It was uneven, way shorter than he asked for, she kept thinning it out, she made him look like he has bangs. No idea what she was doing. Way too expensive to be so bad!!!
