This was my first visit to this Optometry practice yet my husband has been going to them for a couple of years and was always pleased. I was so impressed from the desk attendants to the assistant to the optometrist. The optometrist was equally cordial and explained my eyesight results in a way that was easy to understand. Lastly, I needed to order new glasses and they processed my insurance and FSA account in such a short amount of time. Very professional practice and recommend them to anyone looking to switch providers.

Dr. Heileman of St. Helena Optometry is an excellent eye doctor, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice location with a pleasant waiting area. Great selection of frames. I have been in his care for several years and the health of my eyes has measurably improved.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They listen carefully to the patient's needs. The staff will work with you to alleviate financial burdens. Also St Helena Optometry has the most modern equipment and techniques that I have ever seen. However, some optional tests may be recommended, that are not covered by your insurance company. But even then they are still reasonably priced.
