On my opinion these guys are by far the absolute worst medical supply company in the nation! Never return phone calls and I can't even get them to answer the damn phone!

I can't believe how bad this place has gotten. I used to receive my supplies from them for years. I'd get an email asking what supplies I needed, I'd respond and have them in the mail a few days later and they'd work with my insurance. Now -- there is no one to even answer the phone, and repeated voicemails to call me back are unanswered. Stopping by in person is met with indifference and apathy. And the store itself has the appeal of a backwoods gas station. I like to trade locally, all else being equal. But I'm now working with an online, out-of=state supply house.

I have used St. Vincent's Med and Mobiity for probablygoing on 6 or 7 yrs now. I used to love them. They were always kind, courteous, and exceptionally on time. But in the last 6 mo or so they have really gone way down hill. They are chronically so understaffed that no one can answer the phone- it goes to VM every time you call. And don't expect to hear back the same day. Maybe you will but it might also be several days and another VM before yu hear anything, even if you are calling about broken equipment that is medically really important to you health- like wound healing.
The customer service has declined dramatically, and I'm sure that's related to being understaffed. It sucks I known but also being short terse and just plain unwilling to work with your client base isn't going to make anyone's day any easier.
Unfortunately, there isn't much competition in town bc some places don't offer all types of equipment and the other option that does is affiliated with the other hospital making communication with your Dr even more difficult.
My wheelchair services have already gone somewhere else. I'd hate to have to separate out I'd hate to have to separate out wound care, hospital beds and mattress overlays, wheelchair, cpap etc but if my inability to get services delivered when I'm homebound continues I might have to.

I just moved to Billings, Mt! I need special Catheters, this place was patient n kind while trying to hunt right catheter down. Multiple catheter being sent back finally tracked down right catheters. They are always business friendly. I’m happy I found this place.

Holy cow. They are good people, i think? I havent talked to a real person there in months so its iffy.

I think they are over worked and understaffed. It takes them months to return a phone call, then they will let it ring twice, and hang up without leaving a voicemail, then not answer when you return thecall literally 5 seconds later.

I wouldnt work with them again if it was with YOUR money. I would rather pay full price online and work a second job then wait another 2 months for medical supplies or phone call.

These guys are amazing. I had issues getting supplies from the other hospitals home oxygen service and these guys got my prescription from the other hospitals sleep clinic and took care of everything. Even helped me get going on replacement supplies while I waited for the other place to get the prescription over. UPDATE: They told me there would be no copays as I am disabled and on SSDI. Suddenly getting collection notices from them even after applying for help twice through St Vincent's office in n Colorado. I would never have gotten this and would have just dealt with stopping breathing when I sleep rather than put myself and family in debt over a CPAP that turns out is linked to Cancer.
