We have been going to Stacy’s for years and never had a problem, they’re awesome! We moved about 25 minutes further out, and decided it was too far!!!! What a mistake… we tried another pharmacy in Kennesaw and had nothing but issues…14 days later and still our script was not ready 🤷🏻‍♀️we went back to Stacy’s, our prescription was ready in 3 days!
They are definitely worth the drive!

Called there to inquire information about their services. Was treated rudely and tried to be patient as we were really hoping to utilize their services. But after several instances of rudeness, I was forced to simply hang up. I will try to find the services we need from a place where I am treated with at least some measure of dignity and respect.

The staff is really quick and I've not really had any bad experiences per se. The lower stars is due to the terrible stairs problem. They present a real danger for folks such as myself with mobility struggles. A ramp addition would be appreciated!

I have been dealing with Stacy’s for over a decade and have never had an issue with them EVER. Quality service and product EVERY time. What warrants this review today is the fact there was a minor issue (confusion with shipping) and I called and spoke with Sharon. Not only was she patient , understanding but she was very thorough in her explanation of the matter. She remained professional the entire time and is clearly rehearsed in client conflict resolution. Rhonda and her team at Stacy's went so above an beyond for me. I was picking up a prescription for my aging and ailing pup on a Friday afternoon. They stayed after to help me. They went back and forth with my vet, pulled togther the prescription last minute on a Friday and made sure I left with what I needed. My pup passed away early in the next week. Had they not helped me she would have had a a much harder last few days. I am so gratfeful. They gave us a peaceful last weekend together. I will return to them for prescriptions in the future for sure. Thank you Rhonda and team.

Stacy's Compounding Pharmacy staff was super friendly. We urgently needed filter needles for pet meds that no other pharmacy had on hand. They answered all my questions super fast and really saved the day for us. I'll be using them for ANY compounding services I need in the future!

They go above & beyond to meet customers’ needs! My grandad needed eye drops specially made, doctor ordered that day .. it was 3 pm. We were in Buford & rush hour was looming.. Stacy’s PHARM closed at 6pm, i finally arrived a little after 7. They stayed till grandad got his drops! They are amazing! I will always recommend Stacy’s PHARM!

Wonderful staff, excellent communication with customers, and the best compounding pharmacy in the Atlanta area. Stacy’s not only compounds specific/specialty prescriptions with absolutely no errors, they are also invariably consistent about notifying me when to expect my prescription ready. Stacy’s also is on top of the latest effective delivery mechanisms to make applying my compounded prescription without error. Highly recommended.
