I hate this hospital so unethical and unprofessional. One RN named Michelle who works at night is GREAT!!!!! Everyone else suck. They literally had my daughter just waiting in a room, not checking on her, not offering her food etc….. I was told well she needs to tell us when she hungry. Really? Thanks for the messed up hospitality and you work to care for patients.

I have always had a good experience at the Spine Clinic. All the staff are professional, kind, and helpful. The best thing is they listen to me and answer my questions.

I was shocked by the experience. I was charged 2400$ for a visit where no examination or treatment was performed. The doctor didn’t even touch me, yet I received a hefty bill worst health care center..

This is not Stanford University Care. They are Stanford University Affiliates. And yes they do make a doctor from the university show up at this place every now and then. DO NOT BE DECIEVED BY THEM.!!! They charge are the WHOLE FOODS of Medical care. $754 Dollars a visit for a no name doctor, that just happened to be working at this place when it was Valley Care Hospital. They have no business office that you can walk in and talk to if there is a billing problem (Beware) . And you will always loose the case with their customer care. I would give them zero stars if possible. If you have a heart attach in Pleasanton or Dublin well you have no choice. But other than that run from this place. I watched a illegal alien walk in an refuse to give his id said he did not have to pay. And They took him and his wife in before me.!!! So sick. They rob from the rich and give to the ILLIGLES. THAT IS OK WITH ME BUT GIVE THEM YOU MONEY NOT MINE !!!!
BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

I had a simple hip replacement surgery with Dr Crow and now the surgery side leg is at least 1 inch longer than the other one!!!!!
Unbelievable!!!!! That is supposed to be a preventable mistake.
The worse thing is that nobody is taking responsibility for helping me to deal with this terrible situation. In the meantime I am experiencing an awful lot of backaches.
I am very sad and upset over this. Was a mistake not to have done the surgery with someone else.

Don't ever go to this place. I was in the worse pain ever. (Dr Wong) touched my back and said it was a strained. Umm I have a bulging disk hitting a nerve. I told him I need a mri. I am going to boomerang health care. Will get my mri. Prove the doctor wrong. He should not have his doctors license. He doesn't know anything about backs. I will share my results in here once I get them. And prove them wrong. It's funny that he can touch my back and say that my back is strained when I have a MRI that got taken in July 2023 saying I have a bulging disc hitting a nerve. I ain't good with numbers but I know it's something to do with my L4. This doctor knows nothing about backs I don't know why he was even my doctor. He acted like he was going to help me helping was giving me some muscle relax. I told him I didn't even want pain medicine because I do not like pain medicine at all. I went in there trying to get help to figure out what's wrong with my back now I have to go to boomerang healthcare and get MRI at tri valley. Once I have the proof, I will definitely dispute this because this is ridiculous someone is begging for help, and the doctor has to Make something up. If my back had a strain, I would know I would not be in the hospital. I never go to the hospital because of this reason this is why I never want to go to the hospital again I knew this was gonna happen I even told my wife. All they do is want your money. It's the first thing they do is try and get all your information to see how they're gonna bill you they don't care about you all. They care about his money just like every other Hospital. I'm so glad I can go to boomerang healthcare tomorrow and go get my MRI and show this doctor what's actually wrong with me and then I will have To let his manager know that he misdiagnosed me. I handle pain really good and when something is wrong with me, I know: I am 100% positive that he is wrong but he does not want to listen to me. He thinks he knows my body better than I know it.(highly recommend not going to this place. If you have any back problems, I would definitely call boomerang healthcare. This is what I should've done in the first place, but I listen to my wife, but she was just trying to help me out for the fastest solution: Sometimes the fastest solution is not the best idea. I am not that person that thinks pain medicine is going to do the answer. I am against pain medicine. I am the person that wants to get my problem fixed not to make up that it's a strain because trust me if it was a strain, I would know, and I would not be in the hospital, please stay away from this place if you have any back issues

We delivered our baby in this hospital. We are not discharged yet and I’m writing the review , so imagine how frustrating to be a patient in this hospital. Our first day care was great and responsive as this was an emergency delivery recommended by the Dr.
During delivery - this was a C- section delivery done by Dr Nam Nguyen who is part of PAMF Dublin did the procedure and he as the OB-gym of my wife so we are good. Rest all are bad experience like , they said their count of the items does not match with pre and post delivery and took my wife for x-ray to check if something stayed inside. Just imagine how you feel about the irresponsibility. Luckily there was none.

Nurse and New born care- Some nurses are good. They listen to the need and help. Some are horrible, if you ask for supplies they sometime respond we have given enough etc. or give in such a low quantum that you beg them in next hour. I’m not sure they even think twice to give more reusable swaddle blanket and water refill that literally cost no money and even don’t clear trash and soiled cloths in time and let the entire room to stink. If given an option I would have given zero star and personally convince to not to choose this hospital as many as I can to not to go through the hell of experience I went though. So choose the delivery hospital carefully. It’s not even close your imagination just by reading name “Stanford”

Horrible hospital. Maternity and child care department is really bad. Nurses ( not all but most of them ) and hospital staff try their best to give you minimal support as they can. Lactation consultants are really bad. They do name sake visits and give generic info printed on paper. Getting water needs 20 mins and they make you feel really bad. There is zero post delivery care and it makes you feel horrible. I would say - don’t even think. Just don’t go with this hospital.
