The staff was super friendly when I went in. But I got two pairs of glasses and within a month the blue light blocking film was peeling off the lenses in big splotches. Everytime I use either one (nearsighted) there are permanent blurrs on both sides. I recently realized I couldn't take it anymore and wanted to order new glasses. I called to get my prescription because I live 2500 miles away now and can't just walk in. The lady told me I would have to come in or get a new prescription because mine would expire soon. I told her again that was impossible I live very far away and I've already looked and there isn't even a Stanton in my state and I just want my prescription. She said again she couldn't give me MY prescription unless I went in. Next second she hung up on me! Maybe it was an accident, idk, but she didn't call back so maybe it wasn't. Anyways, I called corporate and they told me how to get my prescription and I finally have it in my possession now. Holding prescriptions hostage is a shitty sales tactic. And the quality of the glasses was shitty as well. Do not recommend.

The associates here are really friendly. It's easy to get a same day appointment. The office is very clean. The teledoc computer wasn't working right. Then, the eye exam machine that the doctor was working with seemed off. We ordered our contacts. I was told they accept insurance, but at checkout, I was told they don't. The $500.00 price seemed very high. They did give me a mail in coupon for $100.00.

I went in today for glasses and had an absolute awesome time. The young lady, Teagan, a doctors technician was such a sweetheart. She made my day so much easier and her kindness was so refreshing. Usually you just get pushed through so quick and it feels like your just a number but she was so invested in giving a great experience and helped with picking out wonderful frames. If you need glasses this is the place to go, tons of options and really everything was great.

I walked into stanton optical in hopes to get a pair of glasses made for me in the same day. My prescription wasn't current, so I had an eye exam for $29 with Sebastian. It was quick, easy and he was very nice. I picked out my frames with a very helpful employee named Diane. She told me my frames would be ready in 2 hours. My frames were ready, but there was an issue with one lens being loose and needed to get sent out to another store. Once, Diane realized I wouldn't be able to get my frames until the following week, she called me and offered to make me a complimentary pair, so I had glasses over the long 3 day holiday weekend. I couldn't believe her customer service! I let her pick out the frames, so I didn't have to go back to the store. She made me a pair in less than an hour. I ended up loving the pair way more then the pair I picked out for myself! You just don't get customer service anywhere like this. I highly recommend Stanton Optical and if you get an opportunity to work with Diane, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Diane for being not just a wonderful employee, but a caring person too.

Everything about my experience was great. Jamie Heffley was extremely helpful from beginning to end. She took the time to help me utilize all my insurance benefits. Definitely will be coming back for my glasses and contacts needs.

My son and I stopped in this evening around 5:30p.m. to get new glasses for both of us. Jamie, the manager, was super helpful and explained all the promotions and processes in detail. She was very efficient at managing our needs as well as the needs of several other guests who came in for help. She was able to make one pair of my son's glasses right there in about 20 minutes! She reassured me several times of my concerns regarding how my glasses would turn out and she was kind and patient. She went the extra mile to look up our insurance and was able to get us the best price possible! I would highly recommend this location! It will change your perspective on how you buy glasses!

Stanton has been great to me and for that reason alone I give them 5 stars! I haven’t been an easy customer. I am going back to pick up my 3 rd pair of glasses from them because the other two just weren’t the quality I needed. I am pretty rough on my glasses. They have been nothing but accommodating to me and even allowed me to order new frames that are more durable than the original ones I chose. All of this extra work at no charge to me. They have my vote! Thank you Stanton!

*** update- Stanton claimed to be looking into the below matter yet I received no communication from them nor did they attempt to correct the matter and stand by there advertised price. This is unacceptable and I am tired of companies like this and there false advertising. They are nothing but lies. I have consulted with an attorney and was wondering how many others have experienced a similar situation with Stanton? Please contact me if you have as we intend to pursue a class action suite with this company. I intend to make them stand by there advertised prices.

My husband has a eye apt for glasses today so I figured being they were not busy and advertised all over the front store glass 2 pairs of glasses for $79 including a free exam and same day glasses, that I would try to get in also. The associate that helped us was super helpful and so friendly. For her alone I would rate 5 stars. However everything else would be a minus 5. The equipment wasn't working in my husband's room so he had to be moved for the exam. I could not understand what the Dr. was saying half the time, what we thought would cost $200 for there advertised free exams and 2 pair of glasses each ( blue tags) ended up costing $662.00. we did no add ons just standard on everything . My husband did request the vision edge pro 3 months supply which we were charged $80.99 for but did not receive. There was no same day glasses infact it's gonna be about 2 weeks before they come in. And the contacts that I was told was 50% off for contacts week are not even colored as I told on the questionnaire is what I wanted. Mind you the $662 we were charged was after a $1726.00 savings . Will not refer them to my horses. They need to take down there false advertisement in the window before it causes them legal issues
