I’m so sad to say that this company has really disappointed me. I’m a clinical herbalist and I placed an order through my wholesale account 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my order. But that’s okay, these things happen. What is unacceptable though is that I have called and waited on hold for 4 hours, either no answer or I was hung up on. I have left messages, no response. I have emailed sales reps Thommy and Dequilla and called them, no answer. I have tried every phone number and email they have, no response. I am still waiting for my order as I need it to fulfill my customers needs ASAP but I don’t know what else to do then write this review as I have tried everything else. If anyone is reading this please I beg of you order #627665 look into it and have it shipped to me as soon as possible.

After working here and seeing the ins and outs. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Ps. Bugs be in there product and mold on machinery. Not up to par. Doesn’t follow standards and just wants put product out as fast as possible. The things I’ve witnessed and had to go through with this company. Buy at your own risk.

It is really sad to see how down hill starwest has become. The customer service seriously lacks as well. I emailed in regards to a wholesale account. I received a response outside of the timeframe they give to get back to you. When I emailed Dequila Myles back in regards to some questions I had about the wholesale program and affiliate program she never responded. I even tried to call but she has never acknowledged me trying to get in touch with her. So unfortunate how bad customer service has become. I see why several people and small businesses have chosen to source from elsewhere.

Stay away they have been bought out by another investment company. There is so much led in their herbs it’s ridiculous. We are waiting on the rest of the test results from the lab

Fantastic. Love this industry. I really appreciate their integrity in managing their supply chain to bring us organic healthy and well sourced botanicals that we don’t have to question. I have experience in this industry and I have to say that usually their sourcing is purely for profit and not for long term quality products and relationships. Great work Starwest.
