It blows my mind how there are actual companies out there that has no sense of professionalism on the phone. I’m an owner of a landscaping company which means Im business minded person that understands the need of quality communication with customers. This company had a good opportunity to answer my questions when I called and discuss options but instead…. Told me only one way to do it and hung up on me. Wow…. Yea, good luck with that… won’t be getting my business.

Great experience per usual. It had been years since I needed to go in. I had to get a t-shirt made and just like old times the experience was great. The young lady working was sweet and patient with my mother. She made sure that mom liked her shirt. This just proves that a business can stand the test of time with quality products and good customer service!

STAY AWAY! I REPEAT STAY AWAY. She mess up all 10 t-shirts. How do you put the wrong date on my t-shirt when I specific told you what dates not only that she put a date on my shirts that was not even here yet .She put September 23rd my grandmother died September 3rd she refused to fix it.I got the shirt made September 14th.When i tried to point out the things that was wrong with the T-shirt she told me I only paid $10 and I'm too picky for her.I actually paid $25 for one shirt and $10 for the rest.. It does not matter how much a customer spend as a business owner it's your job to do the item correct and review printing before you iron on t-shirt.Not only that I did not purchase her t-shirt I brought my own t-shirts so there fore you messed up t-shirts that I brought in. I even referred 2 family members to her and she did them the same way .I even record her been so disrespectful telling me she not going to fix it and get out her store, I only spent $10 etc .Just go some where else after losing someone nobody wants to deal with a disrespectful individual.

We were there to order shirts for my Aunt's funeral. The ladies were not friendly. It seems as if my cousin and I were a nuisance. We couldn't get assistance. Our questions seemed to irritate the one lady. And the younger lady just had no clue.
Therefore we decided not to do business here. Not a good shopping experience at all.

Had a great experience. Needed safety vests and HI-VIS shirts. Normally we order them ourselves and bring them in to get them printed but they were able to get them to us for a great price including printing. Was able to work together on getting the design right. Great job all around on something that could have easily been difficult.

So I definitely didn't want to give this place one star. But had to in order to leave a review. Please do not frequent this place as there is a employee there that's keeping customers card information and later fraudulently taken money from customers accounts. I know because I'm the customer. It seems very strange to me that management and owners have been out of town for several months now. If you value your bank account stay away from this establishment and charges are filed.

The girls that has been doing my shirts since my son was four(he's 13 now), are no longer working here. I do not think I will be returning back. This is the last shirt I had made, its nice but it could have been better.

Love my shirt. The girl that did it couldn't seem to stay focused on one task. Messed up two shirts before mine and thank God the phone rang and she got caught up on talking them and having her boss get on to her. The other lady went to finish my shirt and noticed she had one of the numbers upside down and fixed it before she pressed it.
