I was in a pinch and needed a new set of lenses that had been shipped to me from my optical shop put into an existing frame while we were in town visiting. The gentleman at Sterling was very kind and got the lenses swapped for me within an hour of when I called. I took some time to browse while he was changing the lenses and they have a great selection of quality frames. The customer service was fantastic and if I were local, they would be my optical shop of choice.

We spent $1000.00 on glasses and magnetic sunglasses. My plastic nose piece fell off after 3 months and they wanted to charge me $5 to replace it. Wow!

The employees of Sterling Optical are awesome! After having sat on my glasses, Sterling optical came to my rescue. I called, and the woman who responded was extremely kind and friendly. She fixed my glasses so I could drive back to Pittsburgh and see. Fantastic experience and definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Sterling Optical and especially with Tracy. She was very helpful and made the experience fun and informative. She was extremely knowledgable about the latest in optical lens and explained the benefits of each lens. Nice to customers when buying glasses however when you go in to get them fixed ( Arm was falling off) not so nice and friendly.

We were on vacation and our 11 year old son's glasses were severely damaged to point he needed new ones. Sharon and the Sterling team did an amazing job. Our Optometrist in Florida sent over his prescription and we went in to pick out frames and they were able to have glasses ready in an hour! Amazing! Thank you for coming through in a crunch.

Getting new glass! Lost my other pair while jet skiing. I called around and was happy to hear that. In 1 hour they will have my new pair ready to be pickup. Damn fast and very helpful too!!!!! Tell Mike that Joe from Jersey said, "Thank you!"
