This office is wonderful. Dr. Rafalowsky is great and the office staff are very friendly and so accommodating. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for myself or my son whether it be same day for problems that arise or scheduling our yearly checkups. The fact that they have Saturday hours is a huge plus for anyone who works a full time job. You can’t go wrong with this office.

I have been a patient here for 20 years. I’ve had family members that went as well as friends. This is the most helpful staff at a Drs office that I’ve ever known. Jen and Nancy are family and Dr Rafalowsky takes his time with you. I never feel rushed and he’s always answered any questions I’ve had. Highly recommend this office you won’t be disappointed.

As it has always been, the staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr Rafalowsky is professional and knowledgeable. Whenever my frames need readjustment they are happy to do it. And best of all--- They now take ApplePay!!
The office is 4 miles from my home. The office hours are convenient. The equipment is up to date.

On to my Third pair of glasses and the digital progressives that this Dr. recommend are the best pair of glasses ever. He makes it simple and everyone is very friendly and nice. I have been a patient of Dr. Rafalowsky for several years and am thankful that he always does a thorough exam. Since I have diabetes, regular texting is required to ensure my eye health is normal and that no damage has been created from my diabetes. Dr. Rafalowsky is very knowledgeable in diabetes testing. Many of my family members have also seen Dr. Rafalowsky and agree that he is knowledgeable in all aspects of eye health. Also he has a very courteous staff. Convenient hours and location are also a plus.

Friendliest staff ever! Dr. Rafalowsky is kind and generous with his time. He replaced a pair of frames that broke with no questions asked. I will stay with him as long as I can!
