Something new to try at Stop and shop it's quite different and good at least for a try. It's different being out in a normal pizza box yet it's so soft and tastes good. It'd be great if they had ones with veggies on them too. But these were really good.

Advertised business hours for Thanksgiving were 3 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm, needing one item. There was an employee named Chris at the door who refused to let me in and was extremely unprofessional and rude. He states he was the store manager but that’s hard to believe considering how he spoke to me (openly mocking me). I informed him I needed one item for thanksgiving dinner and that I would run in and be out well before 3 pm. People plan for events based on posted business hours so I would recommend just posting earlier hours if you aren’t going to accommodate folks who show-up within those hours.

I experienced the most kindest customer service from a wonderful bakery employee in Dayville, CT. Her name is Abby. I explained to her how we recently lost a baby and are looking to do a cupcake gender reveal with our children that evening with our newest pregnancy. You can tell she was working on so much, but she paused everything she was doing and helped me with this. She looked at our results email as I didn’t want to find out before my family, then she literally put together a dozen of the most freshest cupcakes, filled them with our surprise gender color and added such super cute toppings. Not only were they delicious and super cute, y’all she did this in less than 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes!!! This was such an important moment for our family and Abby at the Dayville, CT bakery made it super special! I have never ordered from the bakery at Stop & Shop, but this wonderful experience now has me a forever customer for all of our special occasions. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff - great.

The digital coupons - horrible...confounding...confusing...impossible. They say if you say something they'll just give you the price. Who wants to go through all that? The app never works, doesn't update if you add coupons while you're in the store. Make sure you have the right store. Oops you were in the wrong store, start over. And I'm like decent with technology...imagine an old grandma trying to figure it out. No chance. Maybe that's what they're counting on.

To end on a positive though - really, the employees have always bee kind, helpful and pleasant.
