I called and inquired about an item prior to actually arriving at the store. The young lady I spoke with was personable and professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of being greeted and assisted by that young lady. Customer service was amazing, and I will be returning.

Some of the products are mislabeled. When you get to the register make you are paying for what the product is labeled as and not what the scanner is showing. The lady held me for 15mins because they mislabeled something and wanted me to pay full price. I told her if I have to pay full price I don't want it and I stop coming here. I picked up 2 items that had marked stickers and she was refusing to give it to me for those price. I want go back.

Don’t buy from this store. The worker that “helped” me was very rude with an attitude. I had to go out of town last minute and needed a wig. I asked for human hair curly lace front. She brought out a wig from the back that looked decent but was overpriced. For what was supposed to be a 26’ inch wig looked more like a 20’ inch and was $250 with a “discount”. I went home put the wig on and it didn’t fit. I called back and asked her if I could either get a refund or exchange it for something else she said yes and then said “actually no
I’m sorry all sells are final”. Then she proceeded to tell me the wig she sold me was a mannequin wig which is why it didn’t fit. The wig was also shedding a lot and did not feel or look like human hair.

This was one first time visiting the store. It was very clean. I didn't get her name but she had red and black hair she was very helpful with helping me pick a dye for my hair and lashes.
I went to the counter to checkout. I place two bottles of dye and 3 lashes on the counter she said to me where is the pencil didn't you have a pencil in your hand I looked puzzled like what are you talking about the other helpful lady looked up also in a confused way. I replied that I didn't know what she was talking about and I didn't have a pencil.
Note: when I walked in the store I asked where the dye was which was in front of the store and then I asked about the lashes. I was the last person in the store before they closed today 10-3-24. If the owner pulls the cameras I didn't even pick up a pencil or look at anything remotely like a pencil. I felt falsely accused and a displeased feeling about what just occurred.

Super clean store and exceptional service. The owner was very friendly, competent, attentive and the beauty supply products I needed were conveniently located at a great price. Stop driving all over looking for a beauty supply store when we have an excellent one right her in Lithia Springs off of Lee road. The store is on the far end of the plaza on the left side from Publix. They are fully stocked with all the hair, hair products, and beauty supplies you need plus a few extra gifts.Go see for yourself! I love this shop!!!

This place up charges on the most basic items. Literally anything you find here can be found around the corner for at least $5 cheaper.
The younger employees have always been very helpful to me but when so-called “management” is present, I get greeted with attitudes and feel like I’m being rushed. I would definitely suggest ANY OTHER BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE.

I’ve never been an employee at your boujie establishment. And if anyone else reading would like, I can price check with beauty supplies nearby to prove my point. To reply with an assumption is VERY unprofessional and basically proves my point.

It's a good place to shop or whatever but I just filled out the application on Monday 10-21-24 on indeed for a job because I have retail experience and I don't understand that I was selected I just don't like that how can you not select anyone who has retail experience for a job that doesn't make any sense and I'm just I don't know what's going on with these recruiters with these jobs they just being picky with these candidates they should not don't that that's bad business I think I may be a good fit and I think I deserve a chance or something that's a red flag and it's bad business of a manegement to me

Omg, this place is a winner! I called first to see if they had what I needed, and they did. It's located in a nice shopping center. Upon entering I hear soft music and I'm greeted by two friendly women. They were helpful and knowledgeable and the store was super clean with a good size selection. On top of all that, the prices are good and it's black-owned. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.
