The store is very big and spacious. A variety of hair. But it’s a bit overwhelming because you don’t have help to ask where anything is. They was having a sale and that lady was nice but the other staff members were so in tuned to what they was doing we the customers was walking around back and forth trying to find items. The store is clean but feels out dated and drabby

Came from out of town to shop. I was not greeted upon walking in, and they were playing loud rap music. I don't know why they think we want to hear that while shopping. It makes your shopping experience horrible. Plus, I heard loud talking from behind the counter but didn't see anyone. I saw this place on tik tok and wanted to visit, never again. It's big and almost empty. They sell mostly bundles and clothing.

I went and brought the wrong wave cap and I went to return it they failed to inform me that wave caps are apart of “hair accessories” the proceed to tell me it’s on the receipt when the receipt… they have a sign by the register that I read it did not say anything about wave caps or other “hair accessories” are none refundable or exchangeable. Now I have 3 wave caps that I’m never going to use and spent my money on. (I never wore them I literally walked out the store and got in my car and open it, seen it wasn’t the right one and went back in) do better.

So I browse the store a minute, asks the lady up front about hair gel and my experience immediately went to negative. The response was given in a nasty, unprofessional manner as if I'm disturbing her. I let that slide and went back to browsing. Once I gathered my order, I approach the counter and I patiently wait. There's no response from the rude lady but as I walked away the young lady with her say " hey that lady leaving"; the nasty lady responded, "oh she can go, it doesn't matter and her rude comments faded off. My higher power kept me shielded from responding to her nastiness but I do think that owner would have preferred she treat their customers better than this. And for the lady that spewed that nastiness today, please be careful and realize you should be grateful you're working. And for sure your nasty attitude is why you're working for minimum wage or less. I would not 🚫 recommend visiting this place.

Very large and stocked with everything it seems. The store is clean and spacious. A dependable location to get hair supplies. Cashiers at times are inattentive and seems surprised that people are at the counter. Floor staff very attentive and informative
Product quality varies as do the cost.
Overall Iike the store and will continue to use.
