One of the salespeople was very intrusive during my visit to the store. She stared at me the entire time and followed me around, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. I hope the staff receives training on basic courtesy and respectful behavior.

Shekaba out of the Pleasanton, ca store was so helpful and pleasant! She was able to assist me in buying my son his glasses online once we realized the store didn’t carry them. Super painless purchase! I was in and out! Can’t wait to give it to him on Christmas. .

My Black friend went here on a slow day. Security and staff rose to their feet just to follow him
around the store and stair at him while he shopped. He left in frustration. This is unacceptable and the store should be ashamed. They should update their security staff and training procedures ASAP. I’d avoid this place until they do.

The ironic part was my friend is rich af and loves sunglasses. Don’t be racist. It’s bad for business.

Janelle and Yadhira are the BEST.. They get it. I was treated like royalty there. Its rare these days to find such good service. They both have a warm inviting spirit. Great people right there. SgH should recognize them, they are exemplary in representing your brand!

The service is more than excellent, and the lady is soooo nice! My glasses (a different brand) need a new screw, and the lady just did it for me for free. I didn't even get my glasses from her store at all. Thank you so much!

This store has no ethics. They have been constantly lying about their system being down for past 3 weeks and that they are unable to process any refund whatsoever ,in reality their system was able to process refunds made by credit card purchases. Made me visit their store 3 times and finally i had to return them at Livermore outlet sunglass hut.They dont value for customer's time just to meet their sales numbers. Call them to talk to their manager/supervisor and they was just avoiding the calls, am going to report this matter to the corporate as well.
