Dishonest business in terms of upfront billing + overcharging. Avoid if you can.

This place bills upfront prior to imaging and overcharged by 11% and 28% at my 2 visits. All together, it took 20+ calls (7+16) and multiple emails before I got refunded.

More details:
I have been here twice. Both times, the quality of the imaging appears to be fine and the reports were sent to my PCP in a timely manner. However, the billing was a completely different story.

Despite having my insurance information and me verbally confirming that the amount they're charging is after insurance, they overcharged by 11% and 28%, respectively, compared to my insurance's EOB letter post-visit.

When calling to get this resolved, I got the run around the first time, with reference to an email initially, getting no response, and then finally an email saying to call instead and ask for Edith. After multiple additional calls, I got a refund for my first instance. My second visit, I knew to ask for Edith immediately, but it took 16 (!!) calls to get through and get the refund (due to telephone tag: on phone, away, busy, etc).

In addition to the fact that upfront billing is not permitted, this business should know the exact rates for each insurance provider, and should not be charging extra. Note: my complaints are not with individuals, but rather with the system this business has put in place to charge extra and without an easy way to get refunded.

Avoid if you can.

Deceitful business practice. Avoid at all costs!!
They overcharged me for an MRI upfront and there's no way to get a hold of them on the phone. Said they will notify the billing department to process the refund but never got it after 2 months.

The process of imaging is fast and efficient.

However, post-service is really bad. I was asked to paid $45 for each image I took ($90 total). When my insurance EOB came out it was $60+ (so they charged me ~$30 extra). I tried to email them and called a few times but no one resolve my issue. Instead, they have me send an email to follow up but nobody replied me (been few months; + follow up email that gets no response).

Also, I tried to ask for my image, and the same thing, they asked to send an email to them but been few months (also) and nobody is replying me…

This x-ray facility is very convenient, I appreciate how quickly my x-rays are done. The receptionists may not smile, but they efficiently do their job. The technician is knowledgeable and easy to approach.

This is my #1 choice for imaging services. They are quick, responsive, and accommodating. Customer service is great from the front desk to the insurance coordinator to the technicians, everyone has been professional in my experience.

They always have snackkks - Twix and pringles are top waiting room snacks. Thanks y’all!

I have claustrophobia and the open MRI here is just amazing. All the staff here are super friendly and very supportive.
Robert knows I have claustrophobia so he showed me the open MRI machines and help me relax, saying it’s way comfortable then the regular one and I can make it!
Akashdeep(the person who did the MRI for me) keeps telling me I am doing great during the whole process and gave me so much support!
Lastly I want to thank you Adrian for holding my hand during the whole 25 mins process, this means a lot to me, and I am able to complete the MRI without much suffer.
Highly recommend this place to whoever has claustrophobia, you will be able to do it with all the support from the amazing staff here.
