Everyone in this store is attentive to customers needs. Highly Recommended!!!

AWFUL place. I scheduled an appointment they were showing as open for 6pm, and then they call me that the doctor is not available at that time. Their phone NEVER gets answered! Most calls are answered by automation voice-mail “we cannot answer the call, please leave a message”, and then it say good bye and no voice mail can be left. What is this?! Is this a joke!!!

No thanks, I will go someplace else.

Very unprofessional I made an appointment for my family ended up having to do a double at work forgot to cancel, called 2 times just let the phone ring then hung up I called again no hello no thanks for calling sunset vision so I tried to schedule an appointment deep voice lady said I can set only one because last time a family of 5 canceled, that let me know they have caller ID, so I apologize twice she still was nasty. PEOPLE ARE HUMAN AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH, DEEP VOICE YOUR IN THE WRONG FIELD IF PEOPLE DONT SHOW UP YOU HAVE TO BE RUDE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IM SO SORRY THAT YOU ARE PERFECT AND NEVER MAKE ANY MISTAKES. Don't write back to make your company look good on this review when you could've done that on the phone!! Instead of being rude I appreciate you showing your true colors rude and very unprofessional 9 out of 10 your the owner or manager and you can do as you please so nothing will happen to you at all. Just don't put a positive reply on here when you could've been nice on the phone or better yet read the caller ID and call back and apologize, because you never asked me my name or any information at all, you received my online message for an appointment and refuse to call back, let's be very clear I made 1 appointment not several just 1 and missed it, I'm sorry I couldn't tell my boss no, I'm sorry I can't lose my job over a eyeglasses appointment, I'm sorry I'm human with 4 children and I forget sometimes even though you don't have a reminder of appointment, I apologize that a no show made you so upset that you had to be so rude and unprofessional I would hate to see someone upset you outside of work. But I'm gald I didn't go to this appointment at the end of the day because I don't want that energy to rub off on me. Respond positively or delete this as you choose to but enjoy the rest of your day

If I could give this "vision" center zero stars, I would. The eye doctor was very nice but the salesman was a complete buffoon. He spoke loudly, calling us cheap for not buying the most expensive glasses. This clown dripped with condescension and was pretty patronizing for someone who could not explain to me the benefit amount of frames and lenses. I walked out and decided to buy the frames elsewhere. I called for the PD to order a set of frames online and was told by the rude receptionist that even though I paid for the exam, the PD was proprietary information and would not be given to me neither in person, over the phone or via fax.

Truly the best service I have ever received from an Optician! They have a wide variety of frames (low cost and designer) and they are so helpful. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with! He ensures that I get the best deals for my daughter and I. He even went as far as coming out to my car and leaving my new frames in my trunk when I had COVID. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! 🙂

Legitimately one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the eye doctor, the exam, all the staff, and the lovely receptionist- everyone is so kind and professional! I recommend this place to everyone I know now!
I've lived out east my whole life but I've just moved to Sunrise. It's been almost 8 years since I've had an eye exam or new glasses and I desperately needed them so I just happened to find Sunset Vision Center on Google, ten mins from my house. Dr. Michael was amazing during the eye exam and he made me feel very comfortable. I also had my 10 year old son with me and he felt very comfortable and happy as well. After my exam, Racheal helped me pick out my frames. She's AMAZING! I tried on lots of pairs- they have SO many to choose from. And a very good range when it comes to the prices. I ended up picking out Balenciaga frames.... and just a side note, nobody shoved them in my face! Lol I noticed them and didn't even know what brand they were. Anyways, I fell in love! And that was a wrap. This was about 2 weeks ago. I picked my glasses up today and they're PERFECT. The lenses are progressive digital and I've never seen so clearly! I feel beautiful and confident for the first time in years. Thank you to everyone at Sunset who helped me on this journey. I'll be back soon for my next pair.
