Percy along with Becky and the w hole staff are by far the best in customer help, concern and enthusiasm to offer all the support to the customers be in on the phone or in person , they are spot on. I checked with several pharmacies in the area before selecting Sussex, the way we were greeted by everyone there , did not experience this is the other locations , made our decision, and never looked back, or regretted the choice

This pharmacy far surpasses others that I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with Paul and his team for over two years. You could not ask for a more supportive pharmacy than Sussex. I travel to help take care of a friend that lives in Sussex County and wish all the time that I had a pharmacy in Pennsylvania like the residents of Sussex have with Sussex Pharmacy. I cannot express the true gratitude that I have for this organization and the people that work there. Many, many great years to come. Again, I thank you for the terrific work that you do for the residents of Sussex County, they do not know the diamond they have with your Pharmacy. Thanks.

So far so good (with the pharmacy app). But I love Sussex pharmacy! I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes and everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. So glad that they are right down the street from me. Switched from Walgreens to Sussex pharmacy, and it was the best thing that I could have done!

The absolute best pharmacy in Delaware! First of all their prices are the lowest anywhere, even lower than any coupon apps...when you don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket like me, you just hope that a pharmacy won't take advantage and Paul at Sussex pharmacy is that exception. His prices are literally a fraction of what the big chains charge and they're so friendly too!

Stopped in a few minutes ago to have a prescription from Walgreen's refilled in an effort to support a local business. Expected great service based on previous reviews. Sadly, I waited at the drop-off counter in clear view of three associates who had finished waiting on other customers for 4-5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Guess I'll go back to Walgreen's.

They have been my all time favorite pharmacy. They treat you with respect, care and dignity no matter the issue or concern. I always felt open to asking questions, even not concerning medication. This place has gone above and beyond to not only help everyone with their healthcare/medications needs but to make it feel like a safe, friendly, and supportive environment. If I ever move back they will be my go to. Miss you guys dearly.

I stopped in on 4/6 to get medicine for my daughter who just had surgery and was in the car crying. The pharmacy staff were great with getting prescription ready ASAP. Especially the black gentleman who seem very concerned about her health. Thank you.

I initially wrote a review for the wrong pharmacy so I apologize to the the Staff of Sussex Pharmacy. The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. They will try and save you money on your scripts, and really go out of their wAy for their customers. Shout out to Paul!
