I took my son here for an exam. The whole team was very pleasant, welcoming and professional. Darcy spent time explaining and teaching him how to put in and take out his new contacts. I am very impressed with the level of customer service, and happy to have found a new place to take my family for our vision exams.

I went to SVS Vision in Stockbridge for me and my mother in law . We both ended up getting Gucci glasses . Darcy the manger was super helpful in helping my mother in law pick out the perfect frames that fit her face . My mother in law ended up telling her mother and she had excellent service as well .
I would recommend SVS vision to my whole family . I will be back !

I just picked up my eyeglasses and I can see so much better, thank you Dr. Salehzadeh. The office manager helped me pick out Lacoste frames that are very stylish. I will definitely be back.

If I could rate them higher I would. I will recommend them to everyone I can for the rest of my life. The experience was so great from the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the visits, the glasses, the contacts, the continuous support. Everyone is amazing, great location, it just feels like one big family making sure everyone is taken care of. I am so grateful for this place. Oh did I say affordable, I have had the proper glasses or contacts in years, let’s just say here, I was able to get both in December, super affordable.

I read the reviews and was so happy to find a highly rated office in my area. The optometrist was friendly and helpful. The ladies, on my initial visit, who helped select my frames and did my pre- appointment were phenomenal. I think they have a great selection of frames. I was so disappointed and will not be returning after my recent visit.

My mother lives in Florida and was visiting for her birthday. We were looking at frames, Monday July 22nd, and my mom was told that they couldn't open the case and let her try on frames because she didn't have her prescription. This policy isn't posted anywhere. Additionally, what if my mom wanted the frames for fashion and not vision? I've been wearing glasses for 29 years and I've never - in all of my years - heard that someone could not try on frames because they didn't have a prescription. My mom's frames (that she was wearing) were her most recent prescription and she was hoping they could pull her rx from the frame. Or that she could try on the frames and call in with her rx when she made it home.

I'm not sure of the ladies name but she really needs to work on how she interacts with people. I'll be looking for another office to support in the future.

I’ve been going here for years, my whole family goes also. Darcy -she runs that business like a tight ship. She keeps everything going. Alicia -she’s my girl. Always knows what I and my family needs and looks out for us. The physician in the group is spectacular. I highly recommend if you need an eye examination, glasses or contact to visit SVS!
