Dr. Linda and Erin (Hygienist) were superb! I must say it was one of the best dental visits I have had in a while. Their office is clean, inviting, and very professional, starting with the front desk staff. As a health-care provider, I was impressed with the digital outreach from appointment scheduling, to online forms, and appointment confirmations. They are very high-tech. I was very impressed with the 3-Digital scans of my teeth. I look forward to my follow-up visits.

They were amazing!!! I have extremely high anxiety due to an issue with a dentist as a teenager. I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years due to this anxiety. I made them aware of my anxiety issues and they were extremely kind and considerate and gentle!!! They made sure I was comfortable and did their best to prevent any discomfort during my visit! They went above and beyond in making my appointment as calm and peaceful as possible! I would highly recommend them and am so thankful for their kindness!!!

They were able to see me on the same day I called them. I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled ASAP & they were the only office with available appointment. The staff were great, the office was very clean and Linda King was very soft spoken and gentle with me because I was in a lot of pain. The only thing I would say would be their prices are higher than normal. I paid over $447.00 to get one tooth pulled and that was with my dental insurance.

I came across this dental office while driving in the neighborhood and immediately took the number as I was looking for a new dentist for my family. My kids had their 1st visit a few days ago and the experience was great! From my 1st call to make the appointment, the follow up calls from the office to confirm the appointment and to ensure forms were filled out ahead of time to handling the verification of our new insurance; everything was seamless. The office staff is friendly and courteous and the office is clean and very comfortable. The dental hygienists are very professional and thoughtful. They were warm and friendly which made my kids comfortable to go in the treatment room without me. Post treatment, I got a complete report including observations and recommendations from the dentist about my kids dental health. The entire experience was amazing and perfect! I asked my kids about their experience and they said it was amazing. I'm glad that my drive by led me to such an excellent dental team.

Best dental care EVER. I started going to Sweet Spot Smiles in December 2024, and when I tell you I felt so comfortable because I have had many bad experiences with dental office. But I'm so glad to call this one home for my family. If you want someone listen to whatever you have to say and walk you through all the process, this is the place to be. If you’ve got money, this is the place to go, but if not, get ready for them to give you one price for services in office and then reach out weeks later telling you that you owe money. They are out of network for everyone. They will tell you that they accept your insurance, but they are really out of network. My son received services and they gave me a price for his fillings, which I paid. Weeks later, I was told that I owed $200+ more. They knew that my insurance wouldn’t cover the full service, so why not give me the full price in the first place. How hard is it for them to ask the insurance company what they will pay and then give the customer the full amount?

Then, when they reach out about the additional amount owed, it’s passive aggressive. Notices with highlighted areas talking about don’t mess up your credit. It’s ridiculous!!! The first time they did this, they acted like they had been calling me and chasing me down for the money when that was not the case. After it happened the second time, I was done!!! I asked them in advance if they were giving me the full amount for his fillings and they said yes, which was a lie. Then they expect you to just whip out the additional funds when they ask for it and they send it to collections if you don’t pay up quickly. The collections company was nasty too. The guy basically told me that I should at least be able to pay $50 like he knew what was in my pocket. I told him that they would’ve received the money already if I had it. The bottom line is, the customer service is good only when you CAN pay them. I told the girl answering the phone to cancel the rest of the appointments I had scheduled. She just said ok like it was whatever. They could care less if I was a customer because they probably didn’t want me as one in the first place. I’ve never been to a medical or dental office that did business like this. They want you to call your own insurance company to see if they will cover the service or not.
