This is the worst place to come. First you have to wait months for an appointment, I drive 45 minutes just to be told that I can’t be seen.

I know good and damn well this place knew the provider wouldn’t be here well before the appointments they just don’t care about their patients.

I thought Dr. Daily was a good DR but now not so much. I had some bad blood work and I’ve been trying to either get her on the phone or an appointment for 4 months. I hope I don’t die waiting on an appointment.

The front desk is ghetto and rude and don’t care about anyone. Find another office.

I don’t like any other location other then this office yea some of the staff could be better but the doctors like mine Josie Gilbert she is amazing for me and my kids love her she helps you or gets you to the right person or direction u need to get that help thank you ! Even when im late like literally every appointment she still makes time to still see me 🙂

This place is terrible. I have been trying to get an Rx changed to the generic and sent to the pharmacy for a week. APPARENTLY patients are not supposed to call the office, (which is why they NEVER answer) you are supposed to call 816-923-5800. So after 3 days I was told that. The people at that number call the office, and they are unable to get ahold of anyone at the office also. So I asked the people at this number, If there was someone who can follow up and make sure it gets done? The lady says she can send me to their voicemail. I said I have already left voicemails. Is there someone who can facilitate this and make sure it gets done? She says I can send you to their voicemail. I said so, I have to pay you all, and call you 3 times a day to make sure the job gets done? There is no one that can make sure this happens? She again says, I can send you to their voicemail. I said they never call you back, she said "I don't know, I'm not at the office." APPARENTLY no one is. I recently moved to MO and was referred to this place. Will be finding a new doctor. The doctors are pleasant, whoever manages the offices needs to be fired.

Doctors are great, however the office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. After not answering the phone 6 times I had to go in person to print off an ultrasound order. When I arrived in person the office staff claimed they were “too busy” to do their job which I was previously informed was already completed via text message. When I finally got the print off the staff member threw it on the floor. Do not go to this hospital if you want to be treated with respect. Extremely irritating and unprofessional experiences. I would give zero stars if I could.

The absolute most pathetic excuse for a doctors office.. They will not return phone calls no matter how many voice messages you leave, way too much chitchat.. Wait times are atrocious, even with appointments. How I'd describe this place;
-Unprofessional
-Terrible
-Reminds you of HS with the amount of gossip
-Wait times like the DMV
- DO NOT COME HERE, TAKE THE TIME TO GO TO SWOPE CENTRAL OR SWOPE IN HICKMENMILLS. ID RECOMMEND URGENT CARE BEFORE THIS PLACE. 0/10.

Dr Dailey charged 162 60 for office visit. 240.00 to take blood pressure. Then told me to take my 80 year old mom....somewhere else! My mom had great insurance! Turning her into Medicare and Blue cross!!! Watch out for people like this that take advantage!!!! What were you charged for an office visit? My son was charged way less with NO insurance!

Any time I've been in, I've had an amazing experience. The nurses I've seen have always been so kind and patient with me, and Ryan Stokes is very attentive. I've gone for a multitude of things and every single time I'm taken seriously and he's always tried to get to the root of the issues. I've also seen a few OBs through them and they are truly amazing 👏 as a woman with PCOS this means a great deal to me.
