This was probably the best visit I’ve had at an optometry office! I booked a same-day appointment, and the online booking process was incredibly easy and efficient. Dr. Tran really took the time to explain everything in detail and he was incredibly thorough, ensuring that my new contacts were working well for me before I left. Adria, the receptionist, was very kind and welcoming as well. The office is beautiful and very clean, which is an added bonus to such great service. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

The optical manager Allen is one of the best optician I've ever work with for my eye care needs, he goes above and beyond to meet your needs and what you looking for. Love it here! The booking process is so fast and easy online. When we arrive, we never have to wait more than a minute in the waiting area. Time is taken with us and everything is explained in detail. The technology is top notch! The process of picking out glasses was fast and efficient as well!

I needed the lenses switched out in a pair of sunglasses and an empty Lenscrafters store told me 2 hours to complete a 5 minute job. This is who the manufacturer recommends and I drove out of my way to go there. Not only was the person that was to do the work sitting at a desk not doing anything but she couldn't even turn around to tell me herself. She was sitting 5 feet from me and instead had another employee tell me. Me and my business walked out the door.

After the very unprofessional visit to Lenscrafters I Called The Eye Avenue of Oviedo since they are on my side of town and said they would be more than happy to help. I was greeted like they knew me and everyone made small talk while Allen got the old lenses out and new ones in. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They now have my business by just simply taking care of the customer and being friendly at the same time. Highly recommend! Thanks again

My experience with this office was fantastic. The facility itself is very clean and modern. I was able to easily book an appointment online, fill out all the required documents and was seen early for my appointment. The best part was selecting my glasses with Marc. He was very personable, was not pushy at all and was super patient as I went through different styles. I was told the glasses would take up to 2 weeks to come in, but I got a text 3 days after that they were ready to go! I can’t say enough nice things.

Love this office! Everybody has been so helpful. My first time was going on Wednesday. I got there 15 minutes early and they took me back. Mark helped me pick out glasses he was so nice and attentive! The receptionist are nice her name starts with an A she has been so helpful. Dr. Regina Tran is the best! My only issue is the ophthalmologist she is referring me to. 10/10 service from The eye Avenue!
