Very nice and knowledgable people. I was happy they told me honestly that my eyes only slightly changed so I really do not need new glasses. They even adjusted my current ones, making them stay on my face right. Yay! I asked for a copy of my prescription just in case I break mine, and left.

I don't know if this is all eye doctors today, but why only name brand, multi hundred dollar frames are available?

Just make sure you have $$$ money for name brand frames as my insurance pays $150 toward frames and the cheapest frames here are $189 and they are plain Jane frames, and only about 4 pair from what I could find.

So with the Light sensitive transitions lenses, which is free on children under 19 years of age on my plan, but I have to pay for it on mine. Also the prism, trifocal lenses, and anti blur for on coming headlights at night, I end up paying $350+ for one pair of glasses with the cheapest frames last year.
I simply can not afford to buy glasses in person anymore and that is concerning.

Dr. Griswald is the best. He gives ample attention to ensuring you get the best fit and vision. I wear specialty contacts and couldn’t be more happy with the vision care i receive from the The Eye Center. I recommend them for all your vision needs.

The intake staff were nice, greeting was enthusiastic and with welcoming smiles. Clever use of time, by providing me with a carry container for the frames to view, during my exam wait time. The Dr and back office staff did not disappoint. They were very informative. The only suggestion here would be that the assistants would be more consistent with introducing themselves. The young ladies helping with check out and customizing my glasses were consistent with the earlier, above, mentioned service. Kind, courteous, enthusiastic, and professional.

I been going to the eye center for 5 years and I love it here. Great customer service and they are very quick. However, they recently changed the store around and the waiting room is extremely small and everyone be bunched up to one another. I think if they waiting room going to be small like that , they should limit their clients or something. It was no where to sit when I got there

The clinic operates efficiently and with organization. I appreciated all the latest technology used that my former eye doctor did not have. I travel for work and was unable to get back to my regular eye doctor in FL due to Hurricane Milton. I was very impressed with The Eye Center, I may just come back next year!
