Been going to Eye Center of Parkville for a few years now and absolutely love them. The staff is friendly and helpful, the optometrists are knowledgeable and professional, and the atmosphere is just laid back and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My family loves coming here! My son got his first pair of glasses right when he turned 3. My son feels so comfortable seeing Dr. Seutter and she is great with kids! She gave us a clear path with his vision journey and has made us feel so confident. I recommend her to all of my friends with children who are looking for a provider. We also love working with Adam in optical! He is so helpful and my children like having a consistent person to work with. Prices are great there with the warranties, so don't feel like you will save money buying online!

The Eye Center has been our family’s center since its inception 20 years ago. Dr. Nicole and Dr. Stephanie are most professional, knowledgeable and friendly…always ready to help. Love Eye Center of Parkville. Myself, my husband and my kiddos (7yr, 9yr), enjoy coming here. Friendly staff, the doctors are great and everyone always has a smile and a greeting when you arrive. The office is always very clean The updated technologies they use make the visits very quick and informative. Highly recommend!

First thing you'll notice as you walk through the door is the hospitality of the staff as they welcome you, get you settled in for your appointment or exam. The exam was a great experience. With new technology I didn't need my eyes dilated to check the health of my retinas. I nearly did a happy dance! Dr. Seutter was thorough. She took the time to answer my questions and explain the results as she showed the images from the tests. We discussed my eyes health and options for the future should any conditions arise. She was compassionate and made me feel at ease. I appreciated her introduction to Isaac, my optician for the day. The handoff of patients from one team to the next from start to finish was well-thought with the customer experience in mind. It's an elegant process. Now, back to Isaac. He looked up my insurance benefits and discussed available options for lenses. He followed up with a few questions about what I was looking for in a frame and then pulled some great options. Then he unleashed me to try on whatever frames my heart desired. I was never rushed. He helped me narrow my choices and made notes about frames I really liked to add to my file for future reference. When I picked up my glasses today, Isaac was there and even remembered my name! The glasses fit perfectly and didn't need any adjustments. That's a first! Before I left he introduced me to Jill who is even more passionate about glasses than me. Oh, we had fun pulling more frames at the LaFont trunk show. I even tried frames I might not have originally considered but really liked. Honestly, this is a great crew! I'm not just happy with the care I received I am confident in their skills and abilities and trust that I'm in good hands.
