You are a liar because when I bought the glasses you promised to give me a guarantee, now you come with this vile lie, If it would have been good for the police to arrive, because at that moment I would have made a report to you, and then file a lawsuit against you. Now to evade your responsibility you intimidate me with the police, it's not
nothing professional on your part, you would have simply fulfilled what you promised me, I have proof of the purchase. You are a liar.You soon forgot, I bought you 2 frames in which in the first you did not give me a guarantee, because in another optician they put them together, I bought you the second optician in which your own hands put them together, in the second frame you promised to give me a guarantee , you have no word, you lied. At your age you should be more serious and responsible in your business. I only gave the truth and you know it very well.

Walked in here today as a first time customer and I was very impressed. I was immediately greeted by Jeanne and her son, ( so sorry I’m terrible with names and already forgot). They were both very friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. They took the time to find the right glasses that fit my face as well as keeping in mind what look I was going for. We chatted for quite a while and i found out they are a family owned establishment that has been in business for over 30 years! I personally, love supporting local businesses, so that is such a plus for me. The frames are of very high quality as well. Now I know why they have a 5 star rating, ( which is nearly impossible by the way, great job!!)because they truly cover every and all aspects of good quality customer service and products!! Highly, highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Eye Man Optical. The Friendliest most amazing personable staff. I was looking for glasses and I stopped in. It was actually fun talking & trying on different frames. I decided not to purchase since they didn't take my insurance. However, learned quickly that didn’t matter. I was back in a week later, once again blown away with the friendly customer service. Walked out so happy and ordered my frames and lenses with them. The prices are reasonable but more importantly, you are treated as part of their family. They don’t do the generic steps. They go above and beyond to make sure that your frames look good, fit properly and are maintained. They follow up. I will never go anywhere else for frames again. Thank you Eye Man Optical.

Outstanding customer service! They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable at what they do. The large frame displays are unique and plentiful. The quality of the lenses they put in are nothing like I have ever had. They are crystal clear and perfect. This family-owned business is definitely a Stuart Gem.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at The Eye Man this week My optometrist recommended that I go there with my new prescription and the service was 5++++. The staff was patient and took time helping me choose just the right frames. I’ve been wearing progressive lenses for over 20 years and this is the first time they were perfectly correct at first fitting. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Your EYES will thank you!!
You will experience the very best customer service, especially after dealing with those "other" vision places in town. After being told that my beloved glasses were trash- selling me a bunch of things I DIDN'T need- I took a stroll over to The Eye Man Optical. Fabien and his staff, not only salvaged my old glasses, but were able to do it on site- AND WITHOUT CHARGE.
So, go local, shop small business, and don't fall for the idea that there is only one "locally family owned" store in town. They are family owned and operated, they have GREAT sense of style, and have fantastic wit and humor!!
