This location is amazing! I've been coming here for about 8 years. The doctors are thorough, techs are friendly, office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The optical salespeople are knowledgeable, super helpful, and most importantly, they're not pushy. They work to make sure you get the best deal with your insurance. The selection of frames is also top-notch! Highly recommend!

Dr. Marcy is awesome! She takes the time to explain things and addresses all concerns. The whole family sees her and we are so happy. The staff is great! They are very quick to respond to texts. Booking appointments and ordering contacts is so easy with them. They are all so patient? They helped me pick out my new frames and I absolutely love them?

The staff at the Eye Place is so helpful. It is a really top notch practice. Dr. Le was super helpful in getting eye issue rectified. They are reasonably priced too which is a huge blessing. Their selection of frames is amazing too. They have speciality lenses for those who need it. I highly recommend trying the Eye Place. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My dog didn't eat my homework, but he did chew up my eyeglasses! The staff at The Eye Place were lovely to work with, they listened to what I wanted and gave me a variety of excellent choices. They said it can take up to two weeks for the new glasses to arrive, mine were there in less than a week. I highly recommend this outstanding business and their stellar team!

First off, I would like to give Dr. Le FIVE STARS. He is an excellent doctor. No frills, gets the job done quickly and efficiently and is very nice. The shame, and where this review gains its one star review comes from his TERRIBLE office staff, who LIED right to my husband's face, and then did it again over the phone.

Let me begin by saying that the doctor and nurse that took care of me were awesome. Their machines were brand new and took all the misery out of my eye exam. When it came time to get my prescription, I told the girl checking me out that I needed my full prescription so that I could get my glasses from Pair Eyewear. "No problem!" she assured me, "We can fax your prescription to anyone!" First time, they got my last name wrong and I had to call to get them to correct it. They corrected it, but never emailed me the new corrected prescription like they said they would, so I couldn't give it to Pair to use. So Pair called them.

Pair got all of the information, EXCEPT for my pupillary distance, which they PURPOSEFULLY WITHELD from Pair Eyewear. When I called about it after talking to Pair, I was told that they didn't give prescriptions to third party providers because "It would be a liability if they made the glasses wrong." Which is complete and utter horse crap. I've NEVER had a problem getting my OWN prescription information from ANY provider before. I'm about 90% sure that this constitutes a HIPPAA violation on their part. After getting VERY angry and stern with them on the phone, I LITERALLY told the woman to do her job and give me my health information so I could get my glasses, she finally relented and gave me my PD, after being very pissy with me. Either this woman was following some very bad advice or was going on a very big power trip with me, but I was just not having it.

Steer clear of this place if you're not buying glasses with them, which is a bad idea in general, given that their prices are advertised not up front. I'm sad because I thought I found a good place to get my eyes taken care of, but I will never, EVER step foot in this office again, and I suggest you don't either.
