What stood out to me here is Erik. His kindness, patience, humor, knowledge and passion for helping people. I walked in by chance, as the shoe store next door wasn’t open yet. I desperately needed relief, suffering from chronic arthritis pain.

For the last 8 months, I have been routinely walking to reduce my inflammation and to improve my general health. Over the course of those 8 months, I was able to shed 40 pounds, walking 5+ miles a day, sometimes double but developing a bit of pain from time to time around my foot arches, shin splits, as well as lower, mid and upper back pain.

After unsuccessfully searching for a podiatrist, I went to seek the advice of the amazing folks at the Good Feet store in Colma, meeting the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff of Phillip and Erik.

Mind you, it's been some time since I've really set myself in a retail store since the pandemic. I wasn't sure what to expect, since my knowledge of foot mechanics and solutions were non-existent.

Enter Erik. Immediately, I felt the warm and welcoming aura of this man's energy. Erik is very patient, thorough and listens with intent. Erik was able to understand the pain I was experiencing, perform a proper evaluation, describe how the 3 phase system works, and manage my expectations regarding the recalibration of my foot health and overall redistribution of my body weight, and how that would aid in reducing or virtually eliminating any pain that I was currently experiencing.

One week later, with consistent use, and using the max strength arch adjustment level, I feel like a changed man. So much that I brought my mother in a week later for her own evaluation and procuring her own set of arches.

Erik and Philip are the dream team disguised in a low key location where foot magic happens. The cost of the plan to address your overall walking health, which I believe is an incredible value in the context of your daily life and the time you'll spend walking until you are truly unable to do so, is priceless.

Now with virtually zero back pain and a much more improved alignment, along with the other fantastic tools that were provided by Erik, I feel like I can stand up and my posture while also feeling more rooted to the ground, as I feel like I'm relearning to walk as an adult properly and much more healthy.

Thank you Erik and Philip for a lifetime of better walking habits and health, that will serve me, my mother and everyone that I will be sharing this with.

If anyone is still on the fence reading this review, I hope that you give this great consideration, as this was one of the best purchases I've made in the last 10 years, maybe longer, or ever. If that isn't going to convince you, look at the photo and how much joy these simple arches are already providing us. This is what happens when you love sharing good advice and health with others.

I took my niece to The Good Feet because she had problems with her lower part of her body all the way to her feet. Problem with shoes and the way she walked. After she went there she felt much better about the way she stayed on her feet and the other part of her body. But I am just concern about the price I think it's kind of too pricey, but what can we do ? we already went there and the gentleman "Mac" is very helpful and kind enough to answer every questions that she had. It's only after 2 weeks I had a feeling that she will get better. Thank you Good Feet.

Sales person Erik (Colma store) was knowledgable, polite and explained the three step process to us in easy to understand terms. My grandson has always had problems with his feet and upon trying these arch supports helped his feet immensely.
