I have been going to this location for close to 5 years, and they have been amazing at taking care of all the typical hearing aid adjustments, cleaning, maintenance, and the works.

Joe and his staff are doing wonderful things by helping people hear! They are all so nice as well. I really enjoy taking my grandmother in for her appointments and she likes them too. It is a blessing having her hear, watch TV and interact again. No one should be without hearing if it can be had at such a reasonable price and with such exceptional service.

My initial visit with Dr. Ferrito Au.D in the Morgan Hill office was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Ferrito was very personable and professional in testing, subsequent explanation of my hearing needs and determining the best way to proceed. The office staff was courteous and helpful with checking in, arranging financing and scheduling upcoming visits. Highly recommended !

From Cindy at the front desk to last seeing Cindy the whole time was outstanding. The Dr and intern cared about me and my hearing. The Dr explained my test and my aids. He proposed that if I wanted new ones which ones he felt were best. I happen to be a part time resident and he felt that as did I that I should visit him next spring when I could be observed and helped with new aids. Unlike my home hearing provider he nor any of the staff pushed for a quick sail. This is truly a customer centered service center.

The Hearing Center is where I went for a hearing test and to be fitted for my first pair of hearing aids. I was nervous at first about getting hearing aids, but they quickly put me at ease. They explained everything clearly to me so that I would know what to expect, and I could make an informed decision about what I needed. I have been going to The Hearing Center for 4 years and I always look forward to my visits with them. Everyone in their office is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Hearing Center!

The Hearing Center Staff are awesome!!! They've been so helpful in fitting my 85 year old mother with the hearing aids she needs and the follow-up service is excellent. We think so highly of the service and staff that my husband will be fitted tomorrow for hearing aids.

The Hearing Center does a wonderful job of putting their patients first. Their customer service is fantastic. Cindy at the Morgan Hill office is especially friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to appointments here because I know I will be greeted and treated in the very best possible manner. Dr. Ferrito runs a great practice.

Dr Feritto took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He encouraged questions and made me feel as if I was glad I asked. I felt as if he was quite competent, and was comfortable with his assessment. In addition Cindy was wonderful too! She is very welcoming and offered me hot drinks in front of a fire on a cold blustery rainy day. I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could!
