Would rather stay sick than go to this god-awful excuse for an clinic... rude staff. Two members of our house tested positive for the flu. Barely put it in my nose then forgot to set the timer for the test. Came back negitive... while my 2 year old son clearly has the flu... then get charged another $75 weeks after the visit bringing the grand total for failure to adminster a flu test properly $475 for two people with insurance... has to be the biggest scam. The wannabe nurse, when confronted about administering the test wrong said we could pay again... never stepping foot in this kroger for a long time.

Worst experience ever! Front desk girl has no clue what's going on. She tells me there is no appointments available but I showed her on the web there was multiple. She got rude and walked off. This is a JOKE! She chose the wrong field to work in. These people are sick, and definitely don't want to be treated poorly especially when they don't feel good. Go somewhere else. The reviews speak for themselves.

The staff was very knowledgeable and thorough at my appointment on December 15. I was pleased with how they took care of me in a timely fashion by having me in and out faster than I’d expected. I will definitely go back to this location in the future.

Terrible customer service! We had the first appointment. We were 7 min early which was before they opened. We walked up just as the provider was arriving. I greeted her by saying “hi I think we are your first appointment “ she dead pan stared and me, spoke not a word and walked in her office. When she emerged she had a more pleasant attitude. However, the woman working the front desk was also super rude! Apparently there were things I filled out incorrectly online. She called me out for it and as she was correcting my mistake, she would ask me a question and as I answered she would just shake her head at me as if I was so dumb to have answered the question wrong! Definitely we did not feel welcome here. Obviously many other have experienced the same. I only wish I had read the reviews first!

I had to get a physical & some vaccine forms filled out for college. The NP, Anna, was awful. The lady at the front desk wasn’t much better. First off, had attitude the entire time with me. Next, the nurse practitioner started arguing with the front desk lady multiple times. Very pushy people and had no respect for my own choices (decide to get a vaccine - that I did not need btw, it was optional - somewhere else and oh my gosh they acted like I was insulting their mother by choosing to not get that vaccine at this location).

The NP kept asking me why I had high blood pressure? I don’t know, maybe because she was yelling at me the entire time and that stressed me out? I don’t like doctor appointments in general, which is why I choose to go to a minute clinic. I’ve had good experiences at OTHER minute clinics and honestly preferred their care over my general provider. I absolutely recommend getting care from somewhere else. This minute clinic experience was awful.

The NP also kept the door open and was talking about my medical history loud enough my mom (and other patients) in the waiting room could hear. Thanks for totally following HIPAA and protecting my health information.

Also refused to fill out the vaccine forms I needed. Went somewhere else and got them filled out within 10 minutes (literally, I timed it).

A bunch more did happen that raised some alarm bells as well (The front desk lady literally made distasteful comments about people “changing their gender overnight” and wanting to un-alive someone with a squeaky cart - WHICH HELLO? very concerning things you want to hear from a healthcare provider about to treat you) but i’m going to be honest. I don’t have the patience to write out everything. I would be here for hours. I rather warn people then move on with my life pretending this experience never happened.

So in conclusion,
I left here feeling stupid and mistreated. I don’t deserve to feel like that and neither does anyone reading this review. That’s why i’m taking the time to write this. I don’t like to write “mean” reviews to shreds down the workers but rather to truthfully explain my experience and warn people.
These medical providers don’t care for you. If you show up to receive their care, you’re the issue. I get healthcare is such an important yet draining job to work, but you don’t need to take the industries problems out on your patients.

You could not pay me to return for another appointment at this minute clinic location. I highly recommend going to the one in Cartersville. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The only reason I didn’t go there this time was because they were booked.

The NP tried to prescribe me something strictly contraindicated for a medication my PCP has me on and took offense when I told her I would need something else. She refused to prescribe anything else and ignored my primary symptom to focus on a secondary one, which required me to seek a second opinion that would spend the time paying attention. I had to repeat myself multiple times as she could not stay focused on the matter at hand.

Let me tell you, Ms. Debbie is amazing! We just moved here and had to get a kid some vaccines to start school and we ran into more than one roadblock to get this done. I was a little on the stressed our side trying to get it done while trying to get in contact with someone for insurance info, etc, etc. Debbie stayed level with me during my entire roller coaster and kept checking with me and working with me to get it done. We managed to make it happen and in time to make it to our next appointment on time. We will definitely be back here!

If I write a review it’s either great or HORRIBLE service I received. Scheduling online was great. The counter nurse was awesome. HOWEVER the doctor with all her training missed the customer service class! I was speaking for my husband who was in obvious pain and allowing me to do so when she nodded for me to be quiet and him to answer! Hilarious and so Rude! By law and with his permission I’m able to do so! Common sense should clearly tell you when ppl aren’t feeling well they don’t talk much and if I was saying something wrong he would’ve corrected me but her personal preferences allowed her to feel that she had the right to implement her way! We went in for what we believed to be a Sinus infection and all she was concentrating on was Covid because we mentioned 1 symptom. Covid test was positive however original symptoms still persisted going untreated because she FAILED to just listen! Called back to see if we could come back in to address this but conveniently it wasn’t the same team of folks but was definitely DEFENSIVE! So one week later we’re out of $175 plus and back at another doctors office spending more money, addressing the SAME issue that was being explained before she dismissed what was being said not LISTENING because it came from the spouse who’s normally the caregiver of the actual patient.
