I have never been allowed to wait at the drive-thru window for over 20 minutes while my prescription was being filled! This is the kind of reason why my wife has already moved her prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was loyal until today. Just so they know, when I pulled in there was 1 car at the window and 1 car in the parking lot. They had not spoken to the car at the window in over 20 minutes while I sat there blocked as there were 5-6 cars in line! The excuse I got when I called to complain was that they had been slammed all day! I am sure the inside got busy because people behind me were able to get out of line and go inside to get helped quicker. The person on the phone was not very customer friendly, either.

I always receive fast and friendly service. They ask if I want to wait on prescription to be filled. I was so accustomed to having to drop it off and wait several hours at other pharmacies in town. They have a convenient drive thru as well. Please support our locally owned businesses in Gordon County.

They don't open at 8 am it's 8:14 doors are still locked. Left work to come get my meds. Don't put business hours is you aren't going to go by them.

Great pharmacy, we switched here when Scott’s went out of business. They’re always super friendly and I never have an issue with getting my medicine refilled when I need it. The pharmacist even called me and made sure I knew about my medicine, when to take it, possible side effects, etc etc.. they go above and beyond.

For those of you complaining about the drive thru, they stay very very busy because they are very loved & popular. Be grateful that they are here to help us at all. Thanks again for always being great!!! 😊

they lost my daughter's birth control they said they delivered it they did not and it had a signature on it that was not hers even though they spelled her last name correctly the first name was spelled incorrectly I didn't say nothing because it wasn't going to help because they had a signature I had to go to Walmart to buy her birth control for $50 they wanted $150 Walmart wanted 80 and they added a good RX card and it was 50 way cheaper than prescription shop they also my last delivery with them I didn't get my meloxicam it's not in the bag and nobody's been in my house to steal it I switched back to Walmart I will never use them again unless it's an emergency and I just need one medication and that was for delivery all the stuff I said about them

I have been using the priscription shop for over a decade now and this past year the customer service has went down hill. I have to fight to get my sons medicine filled from one month to the next. I they give me the run around when I’m trying to get proscriptions filled. They say to call it in a day ahead of time incase they have issues but don’t call or communicate if they do so it causes my son to run out of medicine. His medicine helps him with his adhd he is dependent on it. And it seems if they are in the business of helping people they’d do a little better of a job of it. They made me wait over an hour to give me the run around on getting a script then to turn around and tell they were out of it and won’t have it for over three days. That is not how you run a business. So I will be sending my business elsewhere.
