We stopped here in a whim, no expectations, and had our minds blown. Artisanal vinegar has never been on my personal radar before, but after sampling the their fruit balsamic vinegar, we HAD to buy the Peach and Raspberry. We plan to try them on ice cream and on cheese, but really… the odds of us just literally DRINKING it straight isn’t 0%!

The Dunn family is the epidemy of what I believe the term 'family' should be. They are such a pleasure to be around, making the experience of their shop so treasured. No matter who is working in the shop, the service is excellent. You are treated as family as they provide the most delicious oils and vinegars in the area. We love Saporito Oil, Vinegar, Spice! A hidden gem here in NW Gainesville, FL. A nice variety of high quality and health promoting naturally infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars. They are delicious and diverse for any taste buds. We have a cabinet full of them...drizzle them on salads or roasted veggies and more. Yum YUM! The Dunn family owns and runs this shop. They are knowledgeable about oil and vinegar. I appreciate the clean and well organized layout. It's easy to quickly run to restock but also a nice ambiance for browsing and shopping. We have been enjoying, gifting, and recommending their oils and vinegars for years! Highly recommend!

I didn’t know much about oil and vinegar before this store opened, and still don’t, but I do know Saporito’s products are absolutely delicious! I can readily tell the difference between theirs (and so many choices!) and my grocery store picks. They’re superb. I tell people, “Try it just once. You’ll be hooked.” And that’s not saying anything about the health benefits. When there’s not a global pandemic going on, they offer affordable cooking classes, too. Lots of personal effort and integrity go into this family-owned store. Five stars, hands down.
