It was my first time at this center, I have never been a customer here. Stopped in to get a new set of nose pads for my glasses. Teresa greeted me at the door and I asked if I could pay for the pads and installation and she said there would be no charge, I offered twice, but she said there would be no charge. She installed them for me right away and I left with a smile. Please support your local stores, friendly service still exists and the Vision Hub is a wonderful place to go! They have a great stock of beautiful frames as well, go have a look.

I had a very pleasant visit with miss Teresa she was so nice and helpful. And she went above and beyond to help us. Me and my cousin and her son. We even had good laugh. I am so glad I found them. I tried going to another place. Could not afford the price they wanted even with my insurance. ?☺️

Would not recommend going there if you have state insurance. Waited for an hour and when I finally went back the doctor said they don't take my insurance when it comes to contacts. Said Id have to pay $99 out of pocket. I'm a single mom with state insurance, I don't have that kind of money. She was rude and said she had other patients to see even though I'd been waiting an hour my self. She wouldn't even try to bill my insurance, even though I have full benefits. She was saying she feels bad for people like me so she takes state insurance. It's just a ploy so she can get poor people in and charge us.

Nice staff, that are stuck working with a bad lab. The glasses didn't work for me, twice, but it was the lab actually making the lenses that was at fault. The staff tried their best to helpe and ultimately issued a full refund. I hope they change labs sooner than later.

Pathetic! This office should be embarassed! We waited over 2 months just to get the wrong prescriptions. We got a refund on the glasses, but now they want more money to cover the costs of the eye exams that our Insurance didn't pay them.

Pathetic, embarassing, and criminal if you ask me! DO NOT use any Vision Hub.....I hear they are all this way! Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart!

The office manager was completely rude and argumentative with my wife. She then had the nerve to use profanity when questioned and called out for her behavior. Our vision insurance, that they are a provider for, was not accepted based on our health insurance. Avoid this place at all costs, I see lawsuits in it's future as they use similar practices to Aspen Dental. Will never be back and would rather go to Walmart for eye care.
