Staff is nice. They were professional and understanding. Dr. Laird made sure that the contact lenses worked and rechecked my eyes.

Had a really great experience with the exam, the doctor was extremely informative and his girl Friday was the best.
Now for the front half that do the sales and fitting not so much. I was treated like I was keeping them from something, that they would rather be anywhere but helping a customer that just spent $500 dollars. Went to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses and wasn't given a case to put them in or even looked to see if they fit me right. I won't be returning.

I never leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. I will start by saying the doctor, Kaydee Laird, is wonderful! Her nurses were great as well. They were knowledgeable and gave me the time that I needed to ask questions and to answer them.
So, I went in 4+ weeks ago for my very first ever eye exam. I was told I needed glasses and was sent to the optical department in the front of the office after my exam. To say that I felt like a burden to the entire front of house staff (desk staff included), is an understatement. I won’t mention names, but the optical department was super underwhelming + the woman I worked with provided ZERO information about the glasses I was purchasing or what was expected, which is unfortunate considering this was my first ever eye appointment. I left this appointment with so many questions but decided I’d ask when my glasses came in. I also wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe she had a bad day, which is totally understandable to me as we have all been there!
Fast forward to last week, I went in to pick up my glasses and as soon as I walk in, the main front desk woman says “DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?!?!?”. No “hey how are you?”.. no smile, nothing. I wanted to add, this exact interaction happened 4 weeks ago as well.. the front desk staff was so NOT welcoming, whatsoever! They seemed so annoyed when anyone walked through that front door. Anyway, after that welcoming interaction, that same really sweet front desk lady (?) sends me over to the same lady I purchased my glasses from again. She brings out my glasses and unfortunately seems to have the same exact demeanor as before. She asked me to sit at her desk and put the glasses on to see how they felt (she’s on her computer the ENTIRE TIME); I said they were okay and that I wasn’t sure what to expect considering I’ve never had them before + she seemed so confused by my answer. Didn’t say much afterwards other than to wait a week to see if it gets any better (STILL TYPING!). So she continues looking at her computer screen and after a minute or two of silence, (I was still sitting there thinking she was going to tell me more information about my new $275 pair of glasses) but bc she has zero communication skills, she looks over at me and says that I can leave and to call if there’re any questions (lol?). This created an awkward moment for me as customer and I’m thinking “that’s it?” bc she didn’t explain ANYTHING. At this point, I’m so over the lack of customer care that I just got up and walked out. She told me nothing about the warranty that I purchased, nothing about cleaning, didn’t offer any cleaning supplies to purchase (bc I would have!), nothing regarding maintenance, adjustments, etc. She didn’t even ask if they were comfortable or if they fit well! I’m not even sure she ever really took a good look to ensure everything was okay. It’s as if she didn’t even care, and that’s the worst feeling as a customer. So I left and immediately called my mom (who has worn glasses for years) and asked her all the questions I intended on asking the staff at this establishment. Also, I spent $545 TOTAL at that first appointment for these glasses + my exam. I’ll never go back here and I live close by. I’ll drive 45+ minutes ANYDAY than to be in that type of non-caring and awkward environment. I saw where a gentleman reviewed this office in the past and had the exact same experience.
Doctors and nurses were amazing, the entire front office and optical department needs some work. BEWARE future customer 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of working with Allison. She helped guide me through the process of purchasing the set of glasses and sunglasses that I wanted - with the best deals possible! From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! Allison answered my many questions and was honest, friendly, and professional. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Julia was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful -- along with the rest of the staff there. Thank you ALL for being so kind and helpful. ☺️

The doctors are awesome! The front end is the most unpleasant and unfriendly staff I have ever seen . They make the patient feel uncomfortable!! My granddaughter doesn’t deserve the unpleasant treatment!

Dakota was fantastic. It was my first exam and she walked me through everything, explaining each machine and test. She was professional and funny. She made the experience less nerve-wracking for me, which I absolutely appreciate. The doctor was also great. Definitely worth the drive from N. Crestview. Highly recommend the vision hub.

My husband went to the eye doctor March 28 waited over 3 weeks went back three times to find out glasses where wrong the guy that marked them did it wrong. Was told he'd have them back in a couple days been almost two more weeks of waiting. Called again to check on them still not ready. Will never us this office again. Not the same office since Dr Steven's sold it. What a same. We spent over 4 hundred dollars also prices are crazy.
