Mi experiencia en way free clinic fue excelente muy amables y considerados en tu situación y condiciones todo muy ordenado y organizados y muy puntual en su SERVICIO perdi mi oportunidad de sequir disfrutando de sus servicios por falta de (transportacion) debieran considerar en tener una guagua para transporte y que se pueda disfrutar de un dlctor fijo aunque se que los médicos eran voluntarios pero se lo recomiendo la clínica me hace mucha falta su servicio el Dr más que recuerdo fue un joven llamado DR David excelente ..saludos de mi parte si aún me recuerdan....y Dios me los cuide y bendiga.....

I’m a first time mother, I have no idea if my unborn baby is OK. I come to the way clinic because it was recommended for me since my insurance was taking too long to approve me and the first thing I was constantly asked when I entered as if I had an appointment. Repeatedly I asked if I can speak to somebody about the issues I’m having and that I do not have an appointment. Their attitude is rude and not welcoming and it’s as if I didn’t have an appointment I didn’t really matter. they said that they can’t help me because I have to go through a two month process to see if I even qualify for their assistance. I’m honestly heartbroken. Bc now they are sending me to another location. So not okay.

Everyone at this clinic is wonderful except MOLLY, she is very rude I have seen how poorly she speaks and treats certain people and that's sad considering she is the person I'm charge. She can be very snapy even if you are just asking her a question. She needs to learn how to treat people with respect and dignity. Because at the end of the day she isn't paying for the patients to receive care out of her pocket, and even if she did respect is a must. Treat people how you want to be treated.

I have to give a huge shout out to Molly!!!! Long story short. My insulin had not come in before the Christmas break. I thought i had enough ( ooops first problem lol) i did not. I called the clinic , it had already closed for their Christmas break, but thankfully they had forwarded calls to Molly at home. I explained what happened and didn’t know what to do. Anyone thats insulin dependent, knows you can’t go without it. She contacted my dr, Dr. Groh, BEST dr EVER!! Anyway , he had told her she could get it for me. Now THIS is the ABOVE and BEYOND her job description. On her day off, she left her home and family to meet me at the clinic to make sure i did not go without my med!! I have been going to the Clinic for 7+ years And I have to say I have never ever ever had a bad experience at all! Everyone there is awesome. And of course next to my doctor, I’ve had the most interaction with Molly since she’s in the front reception area. And sometimes I am just in awe at how hectic and busy it can get, and she is just as kind and compassionate and patient to every person that walks through that door No matter how busy they are. I appreciate her so much and just wanted to give her some much deserved appreciation. !!!!

I am so very grateful for The Way clinic!! Been going here for a couple of years since I became disabled and lost insurance. Every doctor I've seen has been caring and extremely helpful. The front desk girls are so sweet, Mr F is awesome, and Molly I'd absolutely amazing! She knows I'm hard of hearing so she texts me to check up on me. I recommend this to everyone!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the Way clinic, the front office staff, and the best doctor ever , Dr. Groh.
(all of the doctors are great , It’s just my personal opinion i think Dr Groh is the best?”).
Everyone is so kind and caring. I’ve been coming here for years and have NEVER had anything but outstanding care and kindness shown to me. I have gotten better care here, then I did when I had top notch insurance. I’m very very grateful❤️

This place is send from heaven. I been goin tru financial troubles so i have to drop my insurance from work. Everyone i encounter here was kind, took their time to listen and super professional and caring. The facility is so clean and i didn't feel as nervous goin in. I sure im thankful for this wonderful place ?
