I recently bought a couch seat from This That & The Other and had a great experience. The store has a wide selection of stylish and comfortable furniture, and I was immediately drawn to a particular sofa chair. The customer service was exceptional. The owner Snaccs was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. This made the entire purchasing process smooth and fun actually. On top of that, the furniture was very affordable, offering great value for the quality provided. I looooove my new sofa chair.

In and out, like a thief in the night. Sis was responsive to allllllll my questions and, while she was working on several things, stopped when I needed her. This set is killer in my basement chill spot and super comfy. Price was right and I was arranging delivery in minutes. I’ll definitely be back.

I went right in and got pretty much everything I needed, what I couldn't get they ordered for me. Everything was pretty timely, of great quality, cost effective, absolutely top tier customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I was happy. Couldn't have asked for better service. Love my pieces from them. My son came in from out of town and couldn't stop talking about how comfortable The mattress is. It was a win for me. 💯 I only gave 4 stars because they sent my piece home in a box initially and I do not know how to put furniture together. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I went into this store because my mom got a great deal on a bed. I am looking for furniture.I have been looking a long time. I go in and see a set I like I pay. Well I get home and look online and found something cheaper. I spoke with the owner of the business and he explained how it works and was more than willing to refund my money. I had been searching for a reasonable sectional for my living room. I stumbled across this location and was met with friendly customer service. I also found the sectional I had been looking for, for a reasonable price. This establishment is in my community so I will DEFINITELY be back.
