Dr. Hill was great I was in and out. I highly recommend her for your optical vision needs. My exam was through and I get my exams yearly. I didn’t have any co insurance my VSP covered my entire visit.

I was in search of a new optometrist a little closer to home when I came across Thomas Eye Group. Although I had heard of this group before, I was a patient elsewhere and never contacted them. Well, I am SO glad I finally decided to make an appointment to see Dr. Alicea Hill. From the moment you walk in the door... bright, open, and clean space... friendly receptionist and other staff members, it was a very pleasurable experience. Everyone is so professional with Dr. Hill being the quintessential definition of what a doctor should be... excellent bedside manner, active listener, and great connection with patients. So, if you're looking for an optometrist/ophthalmologist, look no further than Thomas Eye Group!

3' 10' is too long for any medical appt (especially an eye appointment) and especially when you have an appointment time and aren't called back until after 45 minutes!
That being said the young lady at the front desk needs help, she's big time overwhelmed with tasks and the mere number of patients that she dealt with their various complexities
Once I got back, the lady that did all my pre-test was great and very professional. The lady Dr. was great too and was very thorough with my exam.
The lady out front in optical was very nice and no pressure tactics used on me at all, she just helped me!
I think the prices are way too high, I have eye insurance, selected the cheapest eyewear and still paid $300 after insurance for one pair of glasses!

My whole family (wife and children) use the Thomas Eye group. We’ve had a great experience through the years. They are very accommodating with insurance and very affordable without it. They have the latest and greatest technology, preventing the need to have your eyes dilated. The staff is nice and professional and does a great job explaining your options. I strongly recommend this group for your eye care needs.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very nice and I felt welcomed there. They treat you with great respect. Then I met Dr. Hill. What an amazing doctor! She was very thorough and took her time checking my eyes to make sure everything was right. You can tell she really cares about her patients! She explains everything to you so you understand what’s going on. I highly recommend going to see her. You won’t regret it!!
