Took my 3-year-old daughter to see Dr. Phoenix and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Over all, the appointment was quick and thorough. The whole team knows how to interact with children and make them feel comfortable. I didn’t feel as if our time with the technician or doctor was rushed; explanations were clear and helpful. I honestly didn’t expect to find a great eye doc for my child on the first try, but Thomas Eye Group came through!

I feel robbed of my $350 dollars given to Thomas Eye Group. I believe Thomas Eye Group to be terribly dishonest. I was told almost a week ago that the store manager would call back. NO ONE has called me back. So I’ve basically burned $350 having nothing to show for it. My dealings with Thomas Eye Group have been incredibly painful from start to finish. After almost a month of waiting for my glasses because somehow they were LOST, the prescription is wrong. And no one could care less. I am headed back to Lens Crafters where my glasses have never been lost, the service has been great, my prescription is correct and it’s NEVER cost me more then $75.

First time going to Thomas Eye Group with my 11 year old daughter. They did a great comprehensive eye exam and then Dr Phoenix helped my daughter with an eye infection. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and factual. I appreciate everything she did. We will be back !! Wonderful experience. My daughter is already back to her normal self. Thank you !!

Had a wonderful experience today at Thomas Eye Grp today. Customer Service was on point. From the front desk to the back their services was impeccable. This location is the cloest to me and it will now be my primary.

Terrible product. Took my glasses to be fixed 4 times on the first year. After they replac s them just before the year warranty they needed to be replaced again. Blamed it on the lab they used. Use a different lab! Over prices and bad product. Ho elsewhere

The office staff and technician we worked with were great. I have not worked with Dr. Phoenix, I have seen two other providers. Both were subpar experiences. I would not recommend this clinic for pediatric patients.

I love this office! They are extremely accommodating, easily accessible- with lots of parking, and give high quality vision care. So happy I found them!
