I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! A real person actually answers the phone. They are so nice when we go in and I feel like they are a great part of Thomaston. I would trust them with my health 100% over ANY chain pharmacy.

The customer service here is beyond any expectations I could've had ,the staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly ,and on top of things . You never feel like you're interrupting them,and it is profoundly obvious that they actually care about you and your family. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I love this pharmacy. They are professional, answer all your questions intelligently and advise you if you have vaccine questions, etc. I have always favored this type of pharmacy as we had one in our neighborhood growing up.

Thomaston Pharmacy is well staffed by professionals who provide the best care and service to the community. We were in need of an ice pack for my dad, who had his knee replacement surgery on Tuesday. Today, the nurse visited and suggested a certain kind of ice pack to use to help the knee recover. I called the pharmacy and asked if they had one, which they did, and set aside for us. I was impressed by how friendly they were. I'd definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.

Ive been impressed, and pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of this business. I've gotten all 4 of my COVID-19 inoculations and my first flu vaccination here. I was amazed I was in and out in under 10 minutes, every time, without an appointment! I also find in refreshing that a pharmacy just carries basic health needs...not toys,cereal or motor oil. Great place!

My wife got her booster a couple weeks ago, and I got mine last night after work. Very impressed with the owners and the staff. Extremely professional and friendly people working in a nice little independent pharmacy. As soon as they start accepting United Healthcare, we are transferring everything over from the chain pharmacy we are stuck with at the moment.

Very grateful for the staff of this pharmacy. I received both vaccines and did a covid test at the pharmacy and they went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. When I asked if I could wait in the car with my baby they were very understanding and made every effort to minimize my time in the store. It was an excellent experience!
