Staff and doctors are great. I would give 4/5 stars BUT the wait is extremely long every appointment. My last appointment the wait before being called back was 2 hours! My current appointment so far has been over an hour wait. The waiting area is PACKED, as always. I feel the scheduling should be adjusted to where our wait is not so long.

I’ve been twice for an annual exam at the Thomasville location. Not good experiences either time. The wait time is horrendous. Last time I waited in the lobby for over two hours when I was forced to ask to reschedule my appointment due to other obligations. The rescheduled appointment resulted in a wait time of just fifteen minutes in the lobby, however I sat in the examination room for about an hour before the doctor arrived. In talking with family, friends and neighbors regarding this experience I learned everyone that used this clinic had similar stories. Many had complained to staff and doctors and all were looking for another eye care provider. We all agreed the problem appears to be lack of a competent office manager. Anyway, I’m going to give them one more chance and if my next visit is not satisfactory I’m going to one of the many excellent eye clinics in Tallahassee.

The doctors here are wonderful and I’m very pleased with the care of my eyes. What I’m not pleased with is the horrible wait times at every appointment! Having a specific time every time I’ve been here, to see someone is ridiculous because they are always running an hour or more late. I only go once a year but plan on staying for HOURS after checking in for my appointment. I’m seriously going to consider seeing someone else.

Do not let them talk you into the premium lenses package ( not covered by Medicare ) for cataract surgery . It was very expensive misleading and did not work . Also the first time ever after a surgery for us ….the Dr does not speak with you or the family after the surgery about how the surgery went. You are just checked out by a very friendly nurse after your surgery and sent “on your way “
Very disappointing and we feel we threw away alot of extra money !

The wait time for the doctor is always about an hour to hour and a half. but i dont mind if my Doctor is polite and always professional. Dr. Biedron is very professional.

Worked quickly to get an appointment to remove some debris I had gotten in my eye. They worked me in very fast. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend.

you overbook your patients for appointments. I had a routine appointment for my elderly mom. After 50+ minutes of waiting after our scheduled appointment, in a freezing cold waiting room, we left because she started shaking, even though she was wearing a heavy sweater
