Excited to have gotten my daughter in as a patient so quick! Thrive care highly recommended and many said they waited years on the waitlist. I got a callback same day and an appointment set. When I walked in, no other patients were there and we immediately got to wait in the private room after check in; only a few minutes wait. We saw their new APRN Tyler and he was great; very friendly, thorough and respectful of my preferences. I look forward to meeting Molly and Lara as well.

We had a great experience from the initial phone call to set up an appointment to being greeted by the staff that was very helpful and friendly. The registration and consultation paperwork was online and easy to use. Lara is amazing, it has taken me over 3 years to get someone who will take the time to read over my child’s complex history and try to help him and not just send him on his way with a blanket dismissive diagnosis. Thank you so much for being amazing and taking the time to care, we are grateful to have found you.

Would have loved the opportunity for my children to experience the care of Dr. Lara, however it is unfortunate when your first point of contact is rude and abrupt. Receptionist can either make or break your business. Dr. Lara if you are reading this, please advise your front end of the need and importance of having some patient cordiality and sensitivity. Due to my first encounter unfortunately I would not refer your business, as I would not want anyone to deal with the abruptness and insensitivity of your receptionist. They too have a responsibility to give future patients a WARM welcome.

My family and I have been with this facility for over five years. Today we were dismissed as patients due to how I apparently spoke to their receptionist. I’m not sure how inquiring about a referral that we were waiting on for a month or how inquiring about lab results and the constant scheduling mistakes is speaking inappropriately. I did not have an attitude did not use foul language. Yes I may have been slightly agitated because I had called more then 6 times and was not receiving call backs. Furthermore I was contacted via text being told we were dismissed as patients due to how we “spoke to the receptionist “ and that we had received a call stating we were being dismissed as patients as well as today was told they way I speak to receptionist is a pattern…I have never ever had an issue in this facility until this year when dealing with Kenya!… we never received a phone call. In fact the whole reason I was so agitated was bc I had call six different times and did not receive a call back. How can we be there for five plus years and just be dismissed based on inquiries and concerns as a patient?! Dr. O’Neil and Demers are great and amazing bay what they do! The new hire was and is an issue apparently if I have never had an issue in the past until Kenya was hired! It’s appalling that their staff lied to them we as patients were never addressed formal by the doctors and to have been with them for so long and to just be dismissed based on what their one receptionist has said is insane to me. I have never ever been rude or disrespectful to anyone at Thrive Center for Health.

If you start seeing them, you've won the lottery!! They are informative but also respectful of you as a parent... They take time to make sure your questions are answered, and have a great bedside manner with kids and teens! (Receptionist is super ontop of things, but also very kind)They have helped heal and keep my kids healthy for years. Hope they stay in business for at least 18 more years!?

All the Doctors and staff at this office are exceptional and we are blessed to have them in our life. Lara is a kind, compassionate provider and you do not find this type of care anymore. She is willing to listen and answer questions throroughly. Dr. Demers is exceptional as well. I highly reccommend.
