I had called and spoke to a woman and explained that our Tesla had a flat and needed a new tire and she looked up the tire and told me they had it in stock. It was 2:15PM on a Saturday and our issue was not many places were open or had the tire we needed. We had an emergency roadside assistance claim open and the tow truck ETA was for 3:50PM. The lady let me know they closed at 4PM. So we canceled the GEICO ERA tow truck (which was free but 90 minutes away) and called a different company and were willing to pay out of pocket for the tow because it could get us to Tire Depot before they closed for the day. I then called the lady back to confirm and let her know the tow truck and my husband were on the way and she said that was still good for us to come. My husband gets there at 3:55PM and they said they couldn’t fix a flat tire on a Tesla! Cost us an extra $225 for a tow truck that was a completely unnecessary expense as we had a free tow with our insurance if she had said in the beginning when I told her we had a Tesla that they refused to work on them! Horrible!

One of my tires, got cut with something on the Highway, here in Georgia, 💔 near exit 187 on april 14th in the early afternoon, & was able to get a reasonable priced one that was used, but in good shape. They also rotated my tires ...

I had to wait because these guys are busy, which can mean good things happen here?!? ... Service was fairly quick, once my turned came around, which was a bit scary for me, not for nothing; but because of my tire problems earlier, that took me all day to resolve, in finding a place with my tire size, right on the Store, that could also service me right away, since I was just traveling through.

Staff was helpful, friendly, they seem to know what they are doing & they also speak Spanish, so I really enjoyed that! 👏🏻🙏🏼👏🏻

As you can see, not knowing I got a huge cut in my tire, I had tried to fill it back up, till I could get help, in checking it at a Tire Store ... 😥🙌😔 Thank God a Good Samaritan came to my aid to help change my tire, into the spare, as Triple A ( Yes! AAA, was no help at all ... They did not come help, after several hours, & calls & telling them, right where I was! If you are not in your own Town, & State,(as I was traveling out of State; they give us a hard time, playing the game, how can we locate you?... Well, I told them all I knew, & friends found me right away on Google Maps, but Triple A, couldn't?!? 😏 I want my money back, Triple A!!! 🤨

Bad customer service. Pulled waited 10 minutes everyone literally walked right by. Another customer pulled up he went to the window and began to assist..As he was walking by I politely said I was here before them. He responded we very busy. You have to wait what you need. I said two tires installed he said $60 plus $10 to keep old tires and walked away.

Horrible customer service was told a price over the phone and they tried to change it by 25 dollars once I arrived, then immediately took 15 dollars off to still try and get extra 10 dollars per tire. Unless it’s an emergency I would stay away from this place.

Great and speedy service. Got a new tire at a great price when everyone wasn't carrying my size. Made my day a lot easier. Will come back whenever I have tire issues 👍

Horrible. I brought my 2012 Mercedes to have the tire changed and the guy broke the wheel lock taking it off. Afterwards, he looks at me says you gotta get somebody else to fix that I don’t have the tools. Thanks for costing me extra money
