I had an amazing experience at Tire Depot today! I noticed a small leak in my driver's side front tire, so I stopped by to see if they could help. Chris and Franklin were absolutely fantastic—they jumped into action as soon as I arrived. I couldn't have been there more than 20 minutes, and they managed to patch my leak and rotate my tires all for a very reasonable fee.

Their service was incredibly fast and efficient, and I really appreciated their friendly, helpful attitude. On top of that, I found out they have a few kittens they're trying to find homes for. I would have loved to take one, but I already have three!

If you're looking for quick, reliable tire service with a personal touch, Tire Depot is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

$50 for a used tire that went flat during the night! Took it back. They took the tire off of the car, disappeared for a while, then a different man came back with it and put it on the car. I asked what was wrong with it. He didn't know. I found the man that repaired the tire. He said it had a nail in it, so he plugged it. $50 for a used tire with a nail in it seems very unreasonable and unreliable.

The competition in this craft is fierce. There are tire stores on every corner. I think they have beat McDonald's on every corner. The problem with this is each one is not worth stopping into. They are empty. I'm in a hurry. So I go there.
Why do they question my "want"?
If I want something done a certain way. Then why question "why" I want it that way. Just do it. Charge me and let me on my way.
Tires and balancing is the customers choice. If I want both sides of my wheel balanced then do it. Don't whisper "stupid" under your breath.
Most people drive 14k miles or less per year. My husband and I put about 100k on our trucks per year. If I want my tires and wheels a certain way. Then do it. If I'm paying the bill. Then do it.
You may know your craft. I know mine. Balance my fricken tire without attitude.

We have bought two sets of tires here. One used set and one new. The prices are very good and beat out most everyone else. Plus they are incredibly friendly and fast. Would highly recommend!
