Great experience. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Dr. Goerss and staff are talented, professional and are sincerely concerned about the well being of the patient. I havebeen going there for several years and have found them to be consistently very dependable and pleasant to deal with. I have also been impressed with their honesty.

I’d give these guys more stars but my only option is “5”! They are in-tune and use the most up to date technology available for examining your eye needs and procedures to follow. Further, their optical department is the best of the best! There is none better. You have to be crazy even to consider going elsewhere for the care of your eye needs…period!

Five years ago, my son visited one of eye doctors at Tomasino, and it was a frustrating experience from the start. The practice didn't handle the insurance correctly, so when the bill arrived, I reached out to them immediately since my son was covered by both mine and my husband's vision plans. They insisted that everything was processed properly, but after contacting both insurance providers, I found that one had processed the claim while the other hadn’t.

It took many calls on my part to explain what had gone wrong, as my insurance provider had clarified the issue. Eventually, the eye doctor’s office tried to process the claim, but by that time, it was 18 months later, leading to the insurance denying it for being filed too late. After more discussions, they acknowledged their error and stated that my son, who was 19 at the time, wouldn't have to pay the $199 bill. We didn’t receive any further bills, so we thought it was resolved.

However, just this past Monday, my son received a collections notice for that same $199—five years later! Our entire family stopped going to Tomasino after this ordeal, and now I hope others consider this warning. They are difficult to work with and seem primarily focused on money rather than patient care.

Welcoming place. Easy to take my Mom for eye issue. Helpful techs and very nice Dr Huie. Felt listened too and not rushed in and out. They were patient with my Mom's hearing issues.

What a wonderful experience! I have never been a patient even though I have been in the office with my friend through her cataract surgeries. I had a problem with my right eye, and it was sore and swollen. I called for an appointment and got one the same day. Dr. Goers was awesome!! He explained everything so well, and I felt relieved just talking to him. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My rx order was received by my pharmacist before I even left the parking lot. Thank you!

They did an amazing job with my dad. He has dementia and Alzheimer's along with other health issues. Yesterday afternoon, my dad kept falling asleep. They went through the different tests as best they could. They were able to check his eyes to see how they were doing. They were very caring and considerate to my dad.
Multiple times,I had to reschedule my dad's appointments due to sicknesses. I finally got him in.

WS able to see Dr Huie within a few hours of texting my eye problem. Details of what was going on were gathered and I saw the doctor pretty quickly upon my arrival for my appointment. It amazes me how technology has advanced to help diagnosis with a virus or otherwise. Dr Huie was gentle and thorough when explaining what she was doing and why. Called in medicine and has me following up later this week in office to make sure all is heading in the right direction! I truly appreciate the quick attention and care I've been given. Thank you Dr Huie and all involved!
