The doctors and staff are excellent the optical department is rated zero. I bought transitional glasses and within a year they go bad they Cloud up. They did replace my glasses three times for the same reason but will not do it again because it cost them money. So be careful when you buy transitional lenses they're only good for one year. My glasses cost me close to $300, I don't have that kind of money just to throw down the drain every year. But to be fair I do get close to a year out of them peace out

I got my eye exam and glasses at Total vision in DeBary. The exam was very thorough and everyone was wonderful. I picked up my glasses yesterday, and what a difference they made. I absolutely love love them. So far, no headache, which I had 24 hours a day.
I highly recommend Total vision for all your vision needs. I can't say enough about how happy I am!!

The staff at Total Vision are all so helpful and friendly. Dr Ramey always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and finds me the right prescription. They have a great selection of frames and make sure my glasses fit just right.

Almost 2 decades of great service!
I drive from multiple counties to annually have my eye exam from Dr. Ramey. She treats patients like people, always responsive and listens to your concerns. But her secret superpower is Stacey, who never ceases to have a smile on her face, a great story to tell, and great patience and positive energy. All of My family make the trek back to Total Vision because of these 2 people and I cannot thank them enough for their service.

The optometrist spent a lot of time with me and really helped me get the correct prescription. My previous doctors just renewed my prescription each year; come to find out, it was higher than it needed to be and was causing a lot of issues. Plus, the ladies in the eyeglasses department are awesome!

I guess ? with their attitude, everybody just doing what they do like we all have time to waste. They are always soooo late. People in front of me falling asleep in the chair. Space your appointments out properly and take maybe less people. This is every health care oriented office I go to with my mother. Get there early and wait to get in. Then wait through the damn exam and then the glasses part it's over two hours by the time you get in

I’ve never had glasses quite like these. Highest quality lenses I’ve seen. Amazing staff and Dr. Ramey was awesome as well. I’ve also never had contacts work so well previously, he was able to find a prescription that works.
